Little Red - Easy 1/2 Mi walk to UofA Campus

Beautiful, spotless house in wonderful neighborhood near Razorback stadium. Our son loved having the tiny house all to himself. We only had two complaints. One was that the “queen” size beds weren’t actually queen but closer to a double which my husband and I aren’t l able to share and get any sleep. The other frustrating aspect was attempting to ask about how to go about the official check out process because the late fees are high and we definitely wanted to avoid them and no matter how/where I asked (text or email) I kept getting the same canned response that didn’t answer my question at all. Eventually we just locked the door and left and hoped they had some way of knowing that we left on time. This was my first time using Vrbo so maybe that is a common way of checking out and I just didn’t know. We did have a great time and slept really well for our entire stay. We would absolutely come again. Thank so much!!

We had only a one night stay due to meeting schedules, but this accommodation was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable and it was a great location. We would stay here again if in the area.

This is the 3rd review request. Too many! The stay was 5 star! The home was clean very roomy. The location was excellent! The only disappointment was the extra charge for towels that were used to clean mud while entering from rear parking. Two days of torrential rain made walking through unavoidable. I have cleaned mud from my white towels many times.

This house was a great location and set up for a group of mom friends in town for all of our sons’ Moms Weekend for their fraternities. Close to everything and easy to access. We will be back!

Beautiful property well lite and spacious.

We had 3 couples in town for a Razorback baseball weekend and the Little Red was perfect for our group! Awesome location, good parking, plenty of room and the few questions we had for the property manager were answered immediately and they checked on us to make sure everything was okay!

This is our second annual visit to Fayetteville during our Mardi Gras holidays in Louisiana. My daughter attends UArk and we have been able to visit her during this time. This year, our stay was awesome. Little Red is super comfortable with many different configurations. We were two grandmothers, an aunt and a mom, and we all had our own rooms. There were three bathrooms between 4 people, so we were able to shower and get ready easily. The bathrooms were great-great showers and even self de-fogging mirrors (so cool!). The beds were super comfortable and our stay was very quiet. There was a small amount of road noise from Garland, but only at the loudest of passing vehicles. We brought a casserole and spaghetti and meatballs (so we actually used the kitchen) We were able to host my daughter and two friends with no problems. We had most of the things we needed to cook pasta and such. So many things are so close! Harps for groceries, a coffee place, pizza, restaurants, a liquor store (wink!) UArk and so much more. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Property management was very responsive, checking in on us throughout. Also, did I mention loads of parking? All in all, just a great stay.

It was great, everything went well and we enjoyed our stay. It was a fabulous location! The only thing that would give me pause about doing this property again is all the glass in the living area with no window coverings whatsoever. ????

We had the best stay at the best home (plus bonus tiny house!) it was allTruly perfect; and the communication with mgmt was outstanding! Five stars all around. Highly recommend. Location is insanely close to school and downtown!

This property is perfect for a weekend enjoying the University of Arkansas. Stayed for our son's graduation, and it was convenient for everything. Great for couples traveling together or families. Hosts were available all weekend to answer questions and checked in with us to ensure all was well. I would stay here again!

This home is conveniently located, especially for a football game. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The communication from the host was excellent.
