Stayed Jul 14, 2024Growing up, my family spent two weeks every summer at Clear Lake. Six years ago started a new tradition and returned for a 5-7 day summer stay. The property we previously rented was sold and not part of a rental program, so first time at Cozy Cove. Home exactly as described. Lots of bedroom space for all of us, as well as separate areas to lounge on first floor. Was especially pleased with the kitchen: Large and great layout, state-of-the-art appliances, fully appointed with everything we needed, which made meal-making a lot easier and much more fun. Excellent communication with the host; very responsive and nice! Easy check-in / out process. Lastly, the neighborhood was very cool to walk around every morning. Lots of fun nooks to explore. Would highly recommend!

Stayed May 28, 2023Access to the lake in town were great! Had great luck fishing off the dock, and in the boat! I would highly recommend this property! There is a spiral staircase to the second floor, which could be challenging for elderly. Otherwise everything you need is at this property!! we definitely return if ever back in Clear Lake!
