Our stay was excellent. This property was very clean, well equipped. The boat slip was such a plus. I would highly recommend this condo and plan to return next year.

Great stay, only complaint is there isn't a bathroom that isn't located outside of any bedroom

I wish this place was mine. Couldn't ask for a better place, room arrangement, location, view from the deck and dock. Kids loved it. We loved it. I love the master bedroom. We couple happily move in lol

The boat slip sold us on this property. We drove our boat down in water from Mississippi to hang out at crab island for a few days. We had plenty of room for 8 people and enjoyed our stay. The website said dog friendly but when i began booking it said no pets. We had a great time and ac worked great!

The roaches were unexpected and numerous. The TV’s in the bedrooms came on but were not hooked up to any type of service called the property manager but I should have went out on the deck and shouted into the wind, no one ever came out to service them. The whirlpool tub would hold water but no whirlpool came on. The washing machine leaked but I was able to put the drain hose in the drain pipe. The house was VERY clean which made the roaches a total shock for me. The waterfront was nice the house was well located for activities. Just externally disappointed by the lack of response by property manager.

There was no internet in bedrooms, roaches in kitchen and bedrooms, toilets were stopped up But the location was great, quiet neighborhood and the house is very spacious

We were greeted by roaches as soon as we walked into the kitchen, They were the small roaches and large roaches, we had no internet or tv, the sewerage smell from a leak prevented us from enjoying the lower outside deck by the boat slip, the beds had no pillow cases and the sheets were the wrong size and didn't fit the mattress, the master bed frame was broken and we had to sleep at the foot of the bed. If you walked on the floor barefoot your feet would be black from the dirty floor, the toilet in the master bedroom had some type of sewerage issue it keep bubbling up leaving us with constant worry that it was going to back up so we didn't use it. which meant we had to climb the stairs to use the other bathroom. I would like some type of refund on my stay.

After getting relocated from where we had previously booked because of construction, this property was a bigger disaster from the minute we got there. As soon as we arrived we could tell the house had not been cleaned in a long time. There were dead roaches in the floors, dust on the counters and the toilets and sinks were dirty. Next we discovered that the water did not work because the owner did not pay the water bill! Then we figured out that the Wi-Fi and cable did not work. We had to call over and over and over to get anything “fixed” but the Wi-Fi and cable were never fixed so they moved us to another house. While I do appreciate getting moved somewhere else this was an absolute pain to pack up all of our stuff and move 10 people to another location. We had tons of groceries and all of us stuff so this was pure chaos. Some of our things even got left behind because it was so crazy trying to get everything loaded back up and moved. We will never stay in this home again and that is unfortunate because our teenage boys were looking forward to fishing on the pier out back. We had also been told there was a pool and then where I asked there was no community pool or anything available to us. I hope if someone else stays here they have better luck than we did.

Overall property was in a good location and had the boat slip which is what we needed. Having only one HVAC system in a property with 4 floors made it very difficult to get the top two floors cool and a sign on wall saying don’t put below 70. Also the kitchen supplies was very limited. We actually bought a cookie sheet pan for the unit. It would have been nice to have water filter like on most refrigerators these days Only Parking for 2 vehicles makes it hard when traveling with a large family of 8 and a boat we needed 3 vehicles. Saying all that just feed feedback but we would definitely stay there again. Thanks, Taylor
