A lovely home away from home with everything you might need.

Such a fantastic place, can’t recommend enough. Great location, about 10 minute stroll into the town. The ground floor bedroom was very handy for my elderly grandparents and the views are incredible. Thank you Rosie and Simon for a wonderful stay and for being such great hosts.

What a wonderful experience; the house is beautiful and has been so thoughtfully equipped with absolutely everything guests might need. Rosie is an amazing host!

It was very good. Plenty of space both in the house and the patio area. I did find the hills a challenge but really enjoyed the view of the sea every morning. There was a lot of building going on at the front of the house but it didn’t disturb the family too much.

We had a wonderful holiday, the house was perfect for the children with toys, a highchair and a cot available. Rosie was great and gave us a call at the beginning of the holiday to ensure we had everything we needed which was really appreciated. We loved the location of the house as it was walking distance to everywhere. The views from the house were incredible and made the house extra special. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at The Look Out. Views were stunning. On site parking made the visit very smooth. The layout of the house was ideal for our group with everyone having their own bathroom too.Rosie was super at keeping in touch throughout. The house had everything you need and had lots of homely touches but with a luxurious feel.We didn't want to leave and would have no hesitation in booking again!

We absolutely loved our time at The Lookout. It’s a beautiful house - bright, spacious and impeccably clean, with quality furniture and comfortable beds. Rosie has thought of everything you could possibly need! We enjoyed the location, out of the hustle and bustle of the main centre while still close enough to stroll into town daily. The deck area was a perfect spot to enjoy a wine and the view. Thank you Rosie and Simon for a wonderful week , we hope to visit again some day!

As much as i don’t want others to find out about this place, it was truly excellent. The place was beautifully appointed, views were breathtaking, and location was perfect.To top it off, Rosie was very communicative and informative. We are very grateful for such a delightful experience.

Stunning place..

The Lookout was fantastic. Plenty of space for us and everything we needed within the house. The walk down into St Ives itself was very quick and easy (the walk back up slightly more hard work!!). We would definitely come back to the Lookout!

During the planning of my grandfathers second trip to Cornwall, my first time, my grandfather insisted that he stay at this house. He had reserved this house on his previous trip. The house did not disappoint. The view of the ocean was stunning and just as stunning was the house itself. It was beautiful and served all our needs. The owner was very prompt with responses and helpful.Overall a beautiful stay in St Ives.

We are absolutely enthusiastic. What a great place on earth. The house is wonderful, full of little charming details, nothing is missing. The beds are so comfortable, the view is oberwhelming and St. Ives an absolutely nice town. This is an unrestrictey recommendation!!!!

The lookout is a fantastic holiday home with wonderful outdoor areas to sit and gaze at the beautiful coastline of St Ives. When we arrived it was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need and all fantastic quality. Would definitely stay again.

A beautifully presented property with stunning views.

For me the best part of the day was to walk out onto the terrace , admire the garden and see how Godrevy was doing!! I know St Ives very well and the house was perfect for us all, ideally placed, very comfortable and stylish, we wanted for nothing. Rosie, our host, dealt with any queries immediately… what more can I add?

Rosie was a great host. The property is fantastic, with amazing views and close to town. It had everything we could of possibly wanted.

My family and I had an amazing stay at The Lookout! The house was extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything we needed to make us feel right at home. Location is great, only a short walk to the beach and into town. Amazing views and we loved the deck area. Rosie and Simon were amazing, best hosts! We already can't wait to come back.

Fabulous property in St. Ives. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, easy walk to beach and town via stairs. The hosts were easy to work with. Our only recommendation is to add a few wash rags and a starter shampoo and conditioner for travelers arriving from long flights.

This property was excellent in every way with great attention to detail. Rosie had thought of everything that we could need and kept us well informed before and during the trip. The house was in an excellent location with sea views and a short walk to town but far enough away from the busy streets. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. An excellent week and we would return
