Smoky Mountain Guesthouse: Mountain View & Walkable to Downtown Hayesville

Just a 10 minute walk to town, great shops, restaurants, park, native gardens, ball fields, brewery & more! (Like a cool library and used book store!) Thrift stores, arts & fine craft galleries, music venues less than 10 minute drive. Artist inspiration is free & everywhere you look! Lots of convenient benches and gazebo at town square. Mountain guest house was immaculate. I loved the screened porch. Hosts were close by and quick to respond to our only question. The location provides beautiful sunrises over the meadows. We were also gifted with full moon rise, star filled nights, rainbows, snow, northern lights and misty mornings. My mom utilized the master BR with walk-in shower & easy king bed. Ultra comfy & filled with natural light. I had guest BR that had everything I needed as well. Looking forward to returning !

We loved this property and would stay here again. The host reached out to us by phone when their message with check in code was undelivered through VRBO. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the location.

This was probably the best place we ever rented! The property is super clean and there was plenty to do in the area to keep you busy. We are already planning to come back again!

We loved our stay at this wonderful guesthouse in Hayesville. It was super clean and fit all our needs. It is within easy walking distance to downtown Hayesville and a quick drive to Lake Chatuge. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood surrounded by mountain views. The host was very accommodating and we will definitely stay here again!

This house was exactly what the doctor ordered. We had a family member pass and this place was the perfect answer to our prayers. I had tried to find accommodations for my children and grandkids but only a motel room was available at the time. Here they were safe and sound. Thanks again?!

Very clean and representative of the propert

Quaint cottage with amazing view of mountains. Small town with good food & shopping. Having a small deer come up to the edge of the driveway when we arrived was like it was cued in a Hallmark movie scene.

We had the best time in Hayesville, NC! The little guest house where we stayed was so nice. It was clean and neat and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun. We especially enjoyed the electric fire pit on the porch and the hot tub. Being in walking distance to the town square was an extra perk. We enjoyed the local shops and eateries. And with the Fall festival activities going on, we felt like we were in a Hallmark movie! It was the best stay!

This was a great house, beautifully decorated and appointed. The owners have gone to great lengths to provide everything needed for a great stay. The house was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. And it was very convenient to the downtown area. I would highly recommend this house.

This property is a newly built home, well designed and perfectly decorated and maintained by Scott and his wife, Jacquie. They have thought of everything you might need for a comfortable and restful mountain vacation - quiet and beautiful location close to downtown Hayesville, but also convenient to all the area lakes as well as other surrounding mountain towns. Scott and Jacquie are excellent hosts, always ready to answer any questions or take care of any problems you may have. Stay at their Guest House and you won't be disappointed!

Everything was wonderful. Great, easy communication. The house is wonderful and very peaceful, but also very conveniently located right next to downtown Hayesville. Would definitely recommend!

The location is quiet with beautiful views and quick access to downtown Hayesville. Our hosts were very kind and helpful with anything that we might have needed which there wasn’t anything. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the screened in porch, watching the birds and the beautiful sky over the mountains. Highly recommend and look forward to a return in the fall to enjoy the firepit. Thank you for opening your house to us.
