Located in the heart of the Gulf Regional Park, near Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan, this small brand new wooden house of 47 m2, in a character property, will enchant you with its peaceful environment in the Morbihan countryside.
Beautiful wooden terrace of 25 m2 with 2 sun loungers and garden furniture to stroll and admire the sunset.
Large bright living room with living room (160 sofa bed) and fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
Solar reflection blinds throughout the bay window, to ward off heat in summer. By cons, no shutters in the room. No vis-à-vis, the large bay overlooks the garden and the surrounding fields.
A bedroom with a 160 bed with small dressing room, curtains, shutters and mosquito net. A bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
Landscaped garden, Parking.
Pied à terre ideal for discovering, at your whim, the Gulf of Morbihan and the beaches of the Brittany coast.
Beds made on arrival and towels provided for stays of 2 nights minimum.
During the summer holidays from July 1 to August 31, weekly rental or more, from Saturday to Saturday.

The 2 person house is located just outside the village of Plescop. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. You can sit comfortably on the terrace. There is enough privacy, you hardly notice the owner's house. In the drop Plescop is a lovely bakery, a small supermarket and opposite the supermarket a very tasty takeaway pizza. Do not forget to visit: Vannes, Auray, Quiberon, La Trinite-sur-Mer. Really nice place to discover Morbihan.

We liked the accommodation very much. The equipment of the holiday home was very good. The very nice terrace invited us to enjoy beautiful sunsets. The landlord and wife were very nice and the handing over of the keys was without any problems. It was a very nice stay and we would recommend the holiday home to others.

We spent 2 great, relaxing weeks in Plescop. The modern, clean and very comfortable cottage is located in a green, calm landscape. In summer you can enjoy the sun on your terrasse until the sunset! Great old trees in the garden. The clean and modern cottage is equipped with all the things which you need. The region of Golfe du Morbihan provides so much variety, beautiful beaches, great cultural villages and also in the inland there are great things to discover . And Christine and her family are such cordial hosts! Thanks Christine for these wonderful two weeks with you. This holidays were on the Top list of the ones of the last years for us! We enjoyed it very much and would be glad to come back one day!

House/pavillion is well built and insulated with all conveniences. We loved the views through the huge glass windows/doors, over fields and listened to owls hooting in the evening! Christine and her husband were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Lots of good walks and cycling nearby. Plescop (5 mins in the car, max) has all you need for shopping and Vannes is only 15 mins drive. Unreservedly recommend.
