Small House in a quiet area

Very clean

We never stayed there. We booked, through VRBO, who showed it available, then 12 hours later, the hist messaged that it was already booked. We tried to cancel but it wouldnt let us. Thrn Vrbo charged us, not only for the rental but also a cncellation fee. We were in a state if panic because the first home they rented us was a scam. We were desparate and booked this place as we had no where to go. I informed the fraud department and because of our state of mind, we ended up with nothing being returned to us. I will never yse this company again, in fact, I will be contacting the BBB in Canada and the states.

Alfonso is a great person who gets back to you very quick when you have a question. I got sick just before my flight and had to cancel everything!, Alfonso just changed the dates to 2023 for me!!! Great person!!!

The location of the house was not as expected, the cab driver even had trouble finding the address. Advertised as many local shops within walking distance but we had to walk a mile and a half to the closest Walmart. We were locked in like a jail and did not feel safe. We left after one day of our anticipated 30 day stay, and were told that there is no refund.

Quiet getaway within walking distance to the beach. We had three bedrooms a living room and a kitchen. We had an enclosed courtyard in the washing machine. Good neighborhood and very quiet. Just a couple of blocks from stores including Chedraui and Walmart

this is the second time i stayed at this location and it was just as great as the first.

Place was exactly as depicted and just what we needed. We stayed for three weeks and it was easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to go and everything we needed during our stay. If there was a hiccup the owner was easily accessible and prompt to respond. Would definitely recommend this property.

The property is very close (walking distance) to grocery stores, convenience stores, all major bus lines and 24 hour pharmacy. We had great neighbors and a friendly community. A number of restaurants a few blocks away. Water distributors go by everyday except Sunday and garbage is picked up every other day. The area was very clean. This was our second winter to stay at this property. The owner is very quick to answer your e-mails or calls and he speaks English. Good wifi and tv
