Stayed Jan 1, 1This properly is simply fabulous. Coorie lodge exceeded our expectations. Great location over-looking the golf course and the Spey with a small enclosed garden for the furry ones. It’s rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. My bugbear when renting is cleanliness but the place was absolutely spotless. Wifi worked well and heating/hot water were easy to control and use. Probably the best accomodation we have rented in the Highlands.

Stayed Jan 1, 1Coorie Lodge Superb!! We stayed for Christmas 2025 and our only disappointment was discovering that the lodge was already booked for Christmas the following year when we went to check availability. We’ve stayed in various GNL properties, and will again, but we found this one to be impeccably clean; even down to the fresh vacuum lines on the couches and headboards. We don’t go looking for stuff like this but we did note the extra effort that had gone into making this lodge stay truly above and beyond. The kitchen has an impressive storage capacity and all the crockery and utensils are in very good condition. The beds were extremely comfortable, the best that one of our party had slept in for years! The living room also has a wealth of space and the log burner on the crisp winter days was put to good use thanks to the healthy supply of logs and kindling provided. A fantastic extra is the games room with table tennis & darts. Last but by no means least, the location of this lodge is fantastic! Very quiet surroundings in a cul-de-sac next to a path which quickly links into the river Spey walkway. The humans all thoroughly enjoyed their stay, this was only outdone by our dog who lived his best life, enjoying the tremendous walks from the doorstep. We will definitely be back to Coorie Lodge in the future!

Stayed Jan 1, 1This is our 3rd time holidaying at Coorie Lodge and what a wonderful week we had. We were even lucky to have snow which made the holiday even more special. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning and location perfect to access various walking routes. The lodge had everything we needed and more. We look forward to returning again next year.

Stayed Jan 1, 1Just returned from a weeks stay at Coorie Lodge. We travelled as a family group of 4 adults, a 5yr old and our 2 small dogs. The house is furnished to a high standard and very spacious. The kitchen is large and well equipped, the log fire in the living room was great on the colder nights ( logs supplied) and good to have a games area in the garage too . Beds were super comfy and both of the larger bedrooms have smart TVs but the smaller bunk room does not a TV . The house has a huge wrap around balcony with access from both the living room and dining area. The balcony offers lovely views over the golf course and mountains beyond and a great place to sit and enjoy the view. I would however suggest having a gate fitted at the side stairs leading from the balcony down to the lower garden level would be beneficial and would make the area secure for pets or younger children. At present there is no barrier so it's very easy for kids etc to wander down. The house is located in a quiet residential area and within 10 min walk to local shop and takeaway or 5 min by car to town center. In summary its a lovely house with great views and we will definitely be returning!

Stayed Jan 1, 1Love this house as panoramic view out of big windows is so relaxing. Reasonably well equipped, limited toilet paper! and bunk bed mattresses suit smaller children- our teenagers find them uncomfortable now(hence 4 for comfort). Location great for lovely walks, park run, golf and coop etc. Gave 4 for cleanliness as outside veranda hadn’t been swept and table was dirty, but very clean inside property.

Stayed Jan 1, 1Great and spacious place to stay. Bit expensive but it has what it says. Kitchen with all amenities available. Beds, closets and bathrooms were excellent. Some smaller issues - terrace light not working and curtains in living room not fit to keep the sun out on hot days. For rainy moments and good temp a covered terrace would be nice. But understand weather was extreme good for area. App is great to find way around. Checking in and out is flawless -no need to contact anyone. Cars were regularly driving down the cycle path early and late- bit noisy.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great house rental at the edge of Aviemore looking out onto the golf course. Good outside space to sit and relax. The house had everything you needed for a holiday, comfortable beds and sitting room was bright and comfortable. The kitchen was really lovely and modern. We couldn’t use the games room as the boiler had a terrible fumey smell but after reporting it to housekeeping a plumber was sent. They were super responsive. Recommend Coorie house for a break and would come back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our third time staying in a Great North Lodge, and first time in Coorie. Great location - perfect to be right on the cycle path and the dog loved heading into the woods for our walks - being lucky with the weather definitely helped! Handy for a nice walk into the town too. House was spotlessly clean - and the living space in particular is perfect. Complete kitchen envy, with all utensils provided, and we spent many an evening watching the Olympics in the comfortable living space. Lovely to sit on the decking with a book and a cuppa, watching golfers and cyclists pass by. A great place to switch off and relax - thank you for a lovely stay - we’ll be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Spent a week in Coorie lodge , beautiful house . Plenty room for 4 adults & 2 children under 5 & of course our dog . Lovely walks close by & short distance to Aviemore , Loch Morlich , Rothiemurcus . Family loved it they all have bikes so cycled a lot. With having our young grandchildren there we would have benefited from having had a whirly gig to dry clothes & wet suits etc but other than that everything was perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Wonderful property in a perfect location . Comfortable and spacious for families our grandchildren especially enjoyed the balcony and garden .The owner had also left a lovely welcome pack . The view from the lounge was amazing especially during the unfortunately windy weather we had . We had a great holiday, lots of walking enjoying the beautiful scenery of Aviemore and the surrounding area then back to relax in this amazing bungalow.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect for our family and made the dogs welcome to. Beds extremely comfortable, a must for a holiday. An ice cube tray in freezer would be a plus, other than that a fabulous well equipped lodge.
