Hot tub was nice!

House was nice and big. Rooms were great and beds comfortable. Game room downstairs was a nice touch. Make sure that the fireplace is working before renting in the winter if that is important to you.

House was amazing with plenty of beds

The property was amazing, enough space that with all our group no one felt crowded. The theater room was great, all the bedrooms oversized and decorated nicely. Kitchen was well stocked, two crockpots, two coffee makers, two toasters. We brought our pet and the back yard was completely enclosed for safety. Nice hot tub in back yard.

Overall, a nice layout and clean place. The only thing that was not great was that the amenities did have limitations (missing pieces, no air hockey puck) and we could never get the theater room working. We reached out multiple times, but the equipment didn't seem to match the instructions the company had. They also said that the property was inspected before each visit, but this can't be true. Remotes were moved around before we arrived (not labeled, which was fun), and the missing equipment was easily noticed.

This is a fabulous property for big groups! The space is amazing! It is well stocked and the Rental Company is very quick to respond to questions/issues. I would highly recommend this property!

Home was big and comfortable. The amenities were not exactly as presented. The air hockey did not work, the pool table is really worn out. The grill was out of propane and was not replaced as needed so food plans changed at out expense. Eating out instead of food we brought. We did have a good time just not the best. Thanks

Fabulous place! Great layout to handle a large group with wonderful gathering areas and places to get away when needed. Well cared for and clean. Neighborhood beautiful and convenient. Our only issue is that communication with maintenance on issues was not addressed promptly and there was lack of updates and communication. We reported an issue the day we arrived that the projector in the TV room was not working. We received several calls / texts and finally a onsite visit our last day and maintenance didn't fix it. It seems like a waste of great space not to be able to use it. I saw this as an issue in another review so I was concerned about it coming in. The problem should be addressed and the theater functional given it's part of the package.

The house had enough room and parking spaces for our family. The house is located close to the airport and grocery store. We loved the heated floors. The basement had plenty of gaming tables for the kids to use. The only thing that could have used extra instruction was how to use the screen in the theater room. Overall, great place to stay.

Many nice things about this property. Game room was wonderful, a broken stove was replaced in 12 hrs (impressive!). Overall we had a good time. The things that were problamatic were ants in the kitchen ( had to throw away food that was covered in ants). The hot tub was cleaned by your guy on Mon Dec 23 but when I went in on Christmas morning it was smelly and turning green. I own a hot tub and this one did not get the attention it needed. The plumbing fixtures were never fixed despite plumbers coming to the house.. I would give your property a rating of 4 out of 5.

Responsive host, house was large and well Appointed for a large group. Great location!

Very nice property, well stocked, and clean. The only little drawback was the parking. They said it was very limited and no street parking. We were worried because we had family coming from multiple areas and so we had multiple vehicles. It turns out the driveway was pretty large and, with a little creative maneuvering, we fit multiple vehicles.

The house was perfect for our reunion! It was so spacious and had plenty of room for us to gather and share memories. The location was convenient for us to get to the U of U, Red Butte Gardens and Park City and The Olympic training Park. Thank you so much.

The house was perfect for what our group needed. Everyone had plenty of space, the house was very clean and had a great backyard. There were a few things that could use some attention/need to be replaced but nothing that made us not want stay there again.

Beautiful home with nice surrounding gardens. A very comfortable stay for anyone.
