Beautiful house with nice size rooms and beds. Great place to stay for a large group’

This was an amazing house! Plenty of room for the whole family. The location is great! About a 3 block walk to the beach. Plenty of shopping close by. The pool was great. Hosts were helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

This is our second time staying in this home. Everything was wonderful. The only suggestion that has been given to me is pool and/or some beach toys for kids.

Locations great. House size was perfect but a little outdated.

Location was good. Property needs some upkeep. Oven and stove did not work well. All the cook wear pans,pots baking sheets had no non stick left on them very difficult to use. Back door kept getting stuck. And 4000 in extra fees for just host and VRBO is way too extra

The house was generally clean upon my arrival; however, I encountered several issues during my stay. There was mold present inside the toilet and on the ceilings, which appeared to have been painted over. Additionally, the metal trash cans in the bathroom showed signs of rust, and two sinks were clogged. When I went to take a shower, I found a significant amount of black hair stuck to the shower walls from a previous guest. Furthermore, the kitchen pans were heavily used, with the inside lining deteriorating. On a positive note, the pool was well-maintained, and the location was excellent.

The house was perfect for our large family of 20. The pool & location to the beach was great. We rented golf carts, but walking was also okay to many locations. Stores and shopping were also close enough to walk. We had everything needed for a great week. Check in was super easy and available to our entire group, which was so helpful as we arrived at different times. The hosts responded immediately to any questions. We had a wonderful week & I highly recommend.

We enjoyed the property. It was conveniently located to stores, the beach and a short drive to main Destin boardwalk and Crab Island area. The house having bathrooms in each bedroom was nice. The floors need a serious cleaning, it was gross having black feet or inconvenient to wear shoes around, particularly if we were using the pool. Kitchen cooking utensils and pans need to be replaced poor quality and overused.

I had a fantastic time staying at this property. It had everything needed for a great getaway at the beach.

We enjoyed staying at Lyle. The location was great, close access to the beach, restaurants and stores. The house was much larger than we needed but we wanted to have a heated pool and hot tub and this house delivered. I would recommend this house to large groups as there were many sleeping accommodations and bathrooms.

The house was absolutely perfect! It was exactly how photos showed online. Every room had an in suite bathroom which was awesome! It was nice to have two master bedrooms on the first floor so our parents didn’t have to go up and down the steps. Our kids loved the bunk bed rooms, which had a safe ladder and were lower to the ground. Kitchen was spacious and loved having a big enough table where everyone could eat. Loved the ice makers in the house for beach coolers and drinks etc! Spent most of our days out by the beautiful pool! Loved how part of the pool had shade in the late afternoon so we could cool off coming back from the beach. Loved the location, was so quiet and little traffic since close to a dead end street near Henderson beach . We rented a golf cart and was a quick 2 minute drive to crystal beach parking lot for golf carts(across from Camille’s restaurant-which had amazing pastries in the morning) living area had two huge couches for everyone to sit comfortably. We loved this property and looking forward to renting it again!

Overall great experience. Highly recommended

We were there for a youth baseball tournament and the house was perfect size/fit for a number of families. Walking distance to the beach was a plus. Hosts were very responsive to our minor requests. Great house!

House was roomy, clean, and amazing! I will rent here again! The whole family enjoyed the pool!
