Fully functional, great kitchen, bedrooms were large and the entire place was VERY clean. The fridge was stocked with items we ordered when we arrived. It was pretty perfect.

It was clearn, very nicely decorated and included every little thing you could ever want in a rental. The only unfortunate thing is that we want to rent it again for two weeks, but it has now been taken out of the rental pool. Fortunately, all the other Ledges properties we've rented are quite good... although this was the best!

On the golf course and well stocked with kitchen items, games, golf clubs, and bicycles.Will book again.

Our family of 12 loved this property. It is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly want. The rooms were large with lots of natural light. It is a great property. However, I don't believe the property management is doing the owner any favors. It took 24 hours and lots of calls to get them to send someone qualified to fix the non-working air conditioning--this in 110 degree heat. they kept saying, just wait a few hours when we told them it was blowing hot air. There are a lot of dust on furniture and cobwebs around the place, this despite paying an extra $250 for cleaning. The patio furniture had bird poop all over it and obviously had not been cleaned before we arrived. If I were the owner, I would be unhappy that I was paying a management company to provide such poor service to my customers.

The property management was very helpful in suggesting a property that would meet our needs. This home was a great fit for us, as every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. There were plenty of areas for us to gather in smaller groups, and we could all comfortably sit at the table for meals and card games. The kitchen was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. It was a little too warm for golf, but we enjoyed the fitness center and pool. We're hoping to be back next year!
