Sleeps 14! Townhome w/ Elevator Near Beach

Perfect place for our wedding weekend! Fully equipped kitchen, very clean and elevator was a bonus! 10/10

The house was beautiful, the location was great. The 3 floors with an elevator gave all 4 couples the privacy needed. The living quarters on the 3rd floor was awesome. Having 2 spaces to relax each with a TV gave everyone room to do their own thing. The kitchen appliances were high end. We had a few minor problems that were resolved immediately by the property management. Highly recommend this property for a large family or multiple couples.

Very very awesome place and well priced, linens were all cleaned and changed. Property was in excellent shape, had everything we need, even soap, towels and cooking equipment. Thanks you so much.

This condo was perfect for a group of 7 college girlfriends.

The property was very clean and well equipped with all things you would need. We loved having the chairs, floats and the wagon to get your chairs to the beach. It was much better than carrying them. The elevator was definitely a plus by not having to carry all luggage and groceries to the third floor.

This property was perfect for our group all over age 75. Elevator made for ease of vertical movement.

The property worked well for the eight of us. The living room furniture accommodated us all comfortably and allowed us to be in one space at the same time. The large dining room table and seating also worked perfectly both for meals and for games. The elevator was extremely helpful and allowed us to navigate the three levels very easily. The information provided should reflect the fact that the bed in the master suite is extremely high and might be difficult for some people to use comfortably. The kitchen appliances are high quality. Some upgrades to cookware and kitchen utensils would be helpful. There are plenty of dishes, glassware and silverware,Proximity to the beach is excellent. Some deeper cleaning and some attention to a couple of maintenance issues are needed. The responsiveness of the property manager was excellent.

The condo is great for the number of people that we had attend. Location was great too, easy drive to all places, Very nice to have bedrooms with bathrooms. No sharing except for downstairs. House is supplied with all we needed.

Overall, good place for a larger group wanting to share. Very spacious. We enjoyed it very much.

Severalbof us women stayed here during a weekend charity event. It was the perfect place to stay and the hosts were great.

We had a great experience and such a lovely stay in this townhome. We were in town for a wedding with family members coming in from multiple locations. The location was perfect, steps from the beach with easy, quick access to JAX airport, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses and the wedding venues. Reservations, payment and check-in processes were easy, and communication was excellent. We were set up with everything we needed! Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodations on Amelia Island!

We enjoyed our stay in Amelia Island. The house was close to the beach, within walking distance. We were looking for a place for our whole family to stay since we were going to a memorial service and family reunion. This place was perfect! On a side note, we walked to the beach every morning and saw the most beautiful sunrise. Loved our stay! Plenty of room for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay in this well equipped home for any age. Really have no complaints but would mention that the garage appears much larger in pics. It wiil not fit an extended length SUV. There was ample parking nearby. There were ample supplies for great beach days.

We absolutely enjoyed our vacation and Amelia Island! The townhouse was perfect for our needs. It is very spacious and accommodates a big family. There were 11 people on our trip and there was plenty of room and we never felt crowded. The kitchen and living room are oversized which makes it easy to hang out. The elevator and walk in shower on the first floor was helpful for my 75 year old mother. The townhouse was also stocked with any and everything you would need for the beach. Great walking path right across the street to the beach. We will definitely rent this property again if we return to Amelia Island.
