The open floor plan and 10 foot ceilings in the kitchen and living areas creates a great open space for large gatherings and the cozy living room with cable TV is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views.

Privacy and quiet: The home is located in a quiet neighborhood ideal for families as well as business travelers. OSU and Reser Stadium are just one mile away. Enjoy complete privacy on this cul-de-sac with only three homes. Experience phenomenal views over the Corvallis Country Club golf course. A perfect location on the 12th hole just near the green ensures total seclusion from golf balls. This comfortable home with beautiful surroundings is within walking distance from OSU (25 minute walk). The home is professionally decorated and the surrounding yard is breathtaking.
