Charming home Near University & River Park, short term rental

House is so lovely. Felt the calmness the minute I opened the front door. We plan to stay again in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant stay to get acclimated to Corvallis.

Perfection. We loved the light airy cottage. The rooms were large, beds comfortable, kitchen was great for morning coffee. Lack of clothes closets was only a conundrum until we found the one. Freyas cottage is highly recommended and Carol could sell us her property if only there was no rainy season.

Spent the past few days enjoying the beautiful yard and artsy interior of our lovely house. Freya was wonderful...very quiet, clean, and lovely. Would definetely stay again when I'm in the area.

Some things could be considered dated but we chose to consider them eclectic. Many one of a kind simple sculptures and art work, and books that would take a year or two to peruse adequately. We had a family emergency while in Corvallis and it was comforting to have a home rather than a hotel room to work through the details.

A wonderful cottage, very well appointed with everything we needed. We were only two doors down from our daughters house, perfect location. Easy to get to everything. A beautiful home! The only thing for us was the bed was a wee bit hard, not what we were used to, but everything else was perfect!

We had never tried a VRBO previously. This was a perfect alternative to a hotel. Our daughter is a freshman at OSU and we wanted to be able to provide a little more of a home away from home for her while we visited. We had a more comfortable place to stay, and were able to prepare our own meals. The cottage was warm, cozy and very well appointed. Quiet and peaceful inside and out.

Freya's home was a delight to spend three nights in. And it was a great place to entertain our daughter and her family. The house is full of interesting artwork, and the front and backyards are comfortable and beautifully landscaped. All of this made for a comfy, stimulating visit, and we left renewed and eager to return next year. Five stars all the way!

Freya's house was a perfect home base for our daughter's recent graduation from OSU. It is darling, cozy yet roomy, friendly, welcoming and decorated beautifully. It was appointed with everything we needed and Freya was very friendly and accommodating, and quickly provided a cooler and extra chairs for our small afternoon backyard BBQ celebration. The master bedroom, twin bedroom and sun porch pullout bed accommodated four of us comfortably for multiple nights. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch surrounded by pots overflowing with beautiful flowers. We feel so fortunate that a cancellation allowed us to stay in this incredible home. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!
