Second stay at the garden cottage wonderful hostess lovely place, clean and bright and lots of windows a fun place to be. The gardens are beautiful and it has the longest spring in the country. Thank you Beverly and Mandy.

Communication with our host was very easy with a quick turn around time. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Even the fold out couch was as comfortable as the bed!

Our host Bev met us upon arrival. From the minute we got on the property until we left we felt right at home. The cottage was wonderful everything was in great condition truly luxury from the yard, kitchen, living area,Bedroom and bedding including the bathroom and luxury toilet paper!! We can’t wait to return again this summer A&D

This is a perfect location for visiting family in Corvallis. We love the walkability to downtown. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment allows us to bring fewer clothes and take home more mementos! Beverly is extremely easy to communicate with, and replies to our questions immediately.

Just the best stay possible: Great place, all the amenities needed for a home stay, the kitchen was so functional, Very comfortable bed, in a great central location, fruit and veggies from the garden (and flowers!) and the absolute most welcoming and best hosts... We wished we had more days to stay. 10/10

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. It is consistently clean and comfortable. We love the onsite parking, full kitchen and washer and dryer. Our host Beverly is very prompt at returning our questions. Access to downtown Corvallis couldn’t be better.

Beautiful, clean, and prime location. It's an easy walk to downtown restaurants, shops, and the OSU campus. Highly recommend, and will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, impeccably maintained and outfitted. Perfect location for walking to all the restaurants and bars and shops in Corvallis' cute downtown. Close to OSU also. Host is wonderful. Our second stay here, but definitely will not be our last. We love it.

The guesthouse was perfect for our stay, walking distance to OSU & downtown. It was spotless & comfortable. The grounds are beautiful! Beverly was a wonderful host. We will be back!

Great place in the middle of town so you can bike to pretty much everything. Beautiful landscaping to wander around in, and we had several meals sitting down in the garden.Apartment was well stocked with everything.

We love this property and Beverly is so accommodating. Always our first choice when visiting Corvallis. This property is in a perfect location, bright and light!!!

We had a great three -night stay at this beautiful property. The apartment was immaculate, very comfortable, and set up with everything we needed. The grounds are spectacular, especially with all the spring flowers in bloom. An amazing setting for this lovely accommodation, a serene island in the middle of a charming neighborhood. And the location was great - walking distance from all the restaurants and shops in the charming downtown area. Our host, Beverly, was welcoming and very responsive to any questions or anything we needed. We will stay here again, no question!

I was lucky enough to stay here for a week. Its a very comfortable place. The grounds alone are worth it. Its walkable to great places to eat. The bed is comfy, and it has a few nice extras. I plan on staying again. Bev was so nice, easy to communicate with.

We spent 12 days visiting our new granddaughter and her parents. This space was perfect. We felt very safe with the gated courtyard for parking. The gardens around the grounds are beautiful. The lick system was easy to use.The kitchen had all the necessary supplies. The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable. Even the sleeper sofa was more comfortable than most. The bathroom was small, but that was to be expected considering the roofline. The only thing I would change would be the mirrors over the sink. It was difficult for my husband to use them to shave.We will love to come back here for more granddaughter visits in the future!

The property and space were absolutely lovely. The host was very responsive, and its proximity to Oregon State was just perfect!! Highly recommend, we hope to be repeat visitors!
