Stayed Jun 23, 2025Our flat was in an ideal location for our time with friends that live there nearby, access to Hollywood Park, access to the Royal Mile. The house was perfectly suited for our group of seven, and in fact, we were able to prepare a meal where we served a total of 12. Jean, our host was so very helpful.

Stayed Aug 5, 2022Ten of us stayed here for a week during the Fringe Festival. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, a 30-40 minute walk through the lovely Holyrood Park to get to the Fringe. Grocery shopping is about a 15 minute walk away as are restaurants. Jean, our host was responsive, helpful and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this property!
