Welcome to Vida, a beautifully appointed four-bedroom pet friendly coastal retreat tucked away on a quiet residential street in Vilano Beach. Just a two-minute stroll from the Atlantic, Vida pairs the laid-back charm of a beach house with the comforts of a private resort — including a heated pool, generous outdoor living spaces, and a one-of-a-kindtiki lounge that opens directly to the pool deck.



Whether you're gathering with family, escaping with friends, or planning a long weekend by the coast, Vida gives everyone room to spread out while keeping the best parts of the vacation right at home.



THE VIDA EXPERIENCE



The heart of the house is the private tiki lounge.



Open the garage door and the entire space comes alive, flowing seamlessly onto the pool deck. A custom mural, bar seating, comfortable outdoor sofas, green turf, large smart TV, beverage fridge, darts, and cornhole create an effortlessly fun setting for everything from afternoon drinks to late-night games.



It's the kind of space you don't have to plan around — everyone simply ends up there.



Just beyond it, the private, fully fenced heated pool catches the morning sun. Spend the day swimming, lounging, grilling, or settling into the shaded patio for an outdoor meal. With an outdoor shower and plenty of places to relax, you may find it surprisingly easy to forget you ever planned to leave the house.

Inside, Vida is pet friendly, bright, comfortable, with an open floor plan designed for groups who want to vacation together without feeling on top of one another.



The living room offers a large sectional, cozy fireplace and cable TV, while the spacious kitchen is equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to full dinners for the entire group.



With four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a half bath, Vida comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.

A FEW DETAILS TO KNOW

The pool is heated October through April.

Vida is pet friendly, with a maximum of two dogs. A $100 fee applies per dog, and approval is required before booking. No cats.

The primary renter must be 25 or older. The person booking the property is required to sign the rental agreement, provide photo ID, and authorize a $300 refundable security deposit hold.

We have teamed up with Finns Golf Cart Rentals for tripping to the beach, fishing, parks, local restaurants or just cruising the neighborhood. Carts are rented separately, information provided after booking.
