House is equipped with a safety alarm, which can be temporarily disarmed with the press of a button, that alerts you if the exterior door is opened. This is designed as a layer of protection for non swimmers but is not a guarantee of safety.
1. Minimum Age: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
2. Neighbor Policy: Do not approach, enter, or knock on any neighboring doors for any reason.
If items go over the fence, they must be left and not retrieved.
3. Joint Driveway: Do not drive on the white gravel area of the neighbor’s driveway to the West.
4. Parking: 2 Vehicle Parking is permitted on the right side of the driveway only.
5. Quiet Hours: Please observe city-regulated quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
6. Security Camera: For security, the property is equipped with a camera monitoring video/audio of the driveway area. The camera is mounted between the two properties facing down the driveway towards the road.
7. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
8. No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
9. Authorized Guests Only: Only individuals listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
