Awesome for our Colorado State parents weekend visit! House has everything needed to cook. Could use more folks, knives, for large groups. And a few more dish towels in the kitchen. Also, needs more cleaning supplies for light clean up. Nextdoor neighbor called in a noise complaint promptly at 10pm and we were not loud at all. The houses are just very close together. Other than that…it was a terrific visit.

Had a great weekend stay for the FoCo Fondo. Very close to New Belgium and old town.

Place was bigger than expected and clean (minus some undergarments left from the previous group or cleaners). Good location. Be sure to read the fine print about the extra hot tub cost.

Comfortable stay with plenty of room for seven of us.

Clean, comfortable bed and furniture, hot tub was great, nice shower. This is an active construction zone as of January 2025. Didnt know I'd have three days of construction traffic and noise - wasn't in the listing. When talking on the phone every person commented on the background noise. Renters need to know this. Internet was awful. Every device said the router was using old technology that was outdated and was not secure - I should use a different network. My printer wouldn't connect to the internet for this reason. Using the Fubo app was frustrating, constant buffering. Kitchen wasn't unorganized, not sure what was happening there. Drawers and cabinets were a hodge pod of pans, lids, utensils, etc.Toilet paper..... what you'd find in a 7-11, the cheapest u can buy. Overall disappointing, not worth the money.

Great house in Fort Collins with spectacular views of the mountains. Close to Old Town and CSU campus. Would recommend staying here. Property management company is excellent!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, spread out condo. The kitchen was way bigger than expected and well stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, and a number of spices and such. Coffee was even provided. The layout of having a bedroom in the basement + 3 more upstairs worked well for our family so we could put kids to bed and still visit in the main level. The rooftop hot tub was a highlight and the Mountain View absolutely amazing. Easy parking on the street and also access to the garage helped, too. One mile to downtown Ft. Collins made it super easy to visit shops and restaurants. Hotel manager was incredibly accommodating and responded to my text questions within minutes. So friendly and helpful! Would absolutely love to stay at this property again.

We were in town for a family wedding. This house met our need for four bedrooms - especially great that there was no double twin rooms - all had double beds or larger, downstairs bedroom has its own bath. Only one TV in the whole place - downstairs on lower level. Cute backyard is protected from the wind. Roofdeck furniture and a hot tub which was used a lot in the early day cool temps. Close to breweries, grocery store, Old Town and the reception location. Had a great stay.

The four of us get together every couple of years to explore a new place, but mostly to just be together. The house was perfect! Between the dining/living room and the rooftop we had perfect spaces to play games and visit. Each of us had our own bedroom, which were all very comfortable. The house is located near the Poudre River trail and an easy drive to Old Town so there was plenty to do. There is new construction directly across the street, however we were not impacted. We would definitely come here again.
