Please note the owner`s closet located in the primary bathroom is locked and not accessible to guests.

GETTING AROUND

A vehicle is recommended during your stay.

Golf carts are available to rent locally; however, golf carts are not permitted on Cape San Blas Road (County Road 30E). Guests should review local golf cart regulations before operating a rental cart.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Pool heat is available during the off-season for $25 per day.
• Additional occupancy fees apply for reservations with more than 8 guests.
• Approved pets are welcome. Nightly pet fees apply.
• A temporary security hold will be placed on the payment method used for the reservation and released after departure once the property has been inspected and no damages are found.
• The home is privately owned and there are no shared spaces.
• Wildlife, insects, weather conditions, and seasonal environmental changes are a natural part of the Cape San Blas experience.

• Please supervise children at all times, especially near stairs, decks, or water areas.



Parking & Vehicles
• Parking is available in the driveway.
• Boats and trailers are welcome, provided they fit within the driveway.
• Please avoid parking on the grass or blocking the roadway.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please respect our neighbors—no loud music, yelling, or outdoor noise during quiet hours.



Smoking & Vaping
• No smoking or vaping is permitted on the property.



Pets
• Pets are welcome!
• Please clean up after your pets both indoors and outdoors.
• Any damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest.
• Excessive pet hair or odors may result in an additional cleaning fee.



Property Care
• Please treat the home with care and respect.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues right away.
• Do not rearrange furniture or remove items from the property.
• No glitter, confetti, or candles indoors.



Security & Safety
• Do not share your door code or access instructions with anyone outside your group.
• Always lock doors and windows when leaving.
• Exterior cameras may be used for security purposes only.



Cleaning & Checkout
• Remove trash and place it in outdoor bins before leaving.
• Start the dishwasher before checkout.
• Leave used towels in the bathroom or laundry area.
• Please remove all items from refrigerator
• Please respect the 10:00 AM checkout time so our cleaning team
can prepare for the next guests.

Outdoor Rules
