Skyfall - Luxury Villa w Pool - Minutes from Park

Perched on 2.5 private acres just moments from the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park, Skyfall is a soulful architectural retreat designed to immerse guests in the beauty, stillness, and natural landscape of the high desert. Surrounded by ancient boulders, native flora, and panoramic desert vistas, the home blends organic modern design with the raw natural beauty of its surroundings to create a stay that feels both restorative and unforgettable.

Thoughtfully designed to feel deeplyconnected to the landscape, the interiors pair warm natural materials with dramatic architectural moments throughout. The home's striking sunken living room serves as the centerpiece of the experience, framed by floor-to-ceiling glass, soaring tongue-and-groove ash ceilings, and a dramatic 13-foot stone fireplace that anchors the space. Expansive windows blur the line between indoors and out, filling the home with natural light and unobstructed views of Joshua Tree's iconic boulder mountains and ever-changing desert skies.

The chef's kitchen was designed for gathering and entertaining, featuring premium appliances, Heath ceramic tile, generous prep space, and a stunning picture window overlooking the nearby peaks of the national park. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the dining and living spaces, creating an inviting atmosphere for slow mornings, intimate dinners, and relaxed weekends with friends and family. Interior dining seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen bar and outdoor dining beneath the stars overlooking the surrounding desert landscape.

Outside, Skyfall unfolds into a series of intimate outdoor spaces woven naturally into the surrounding desert terrain. Spend afternoons soaking in the saltwater pool and spa beneath open skies, gather around the hillside fire pit as the sun disappears across the horizon, or unwind beneath a canopy of stars and the glow of the Milky Way above. Multiple lounge areas throughout the property create endless opportunities to reconnect, recharge, and experience the quiet magic of Joshua Tree from every angle.

The property comfortably accommodates up to four guests, intentionally positioned for privacy and tranquility. The suite features an ensuite bathroom, patio, and private outdoor shower immersed in the surrounding landscape. Offering a boutique hotel-style experience, Skyfall features luxury bedding, thoughtful design details, and calming interiors inspired by the tones and textures of the desert itself.

Located in Monument Manor, one of Joshua Tree's most sought-after neighborhoods, Skyfall offers a rare combination of privacy, architectural design, and immediate proximity to the park.
