Stayed Dec 24, 2025One of the front desk is rude/impatient when we try to store our luggage in the office. The garage door was broken and a piece of wood dropped from the garage door, it almost hit my friend.

Stayed Sep 27, 2025This is a great location, especially if you are going to ski. It is on the south end of Ketchum and is crazy easy to get to River-Run. The car will not even get warm. The place is warmly decorated and presented. The beds were great, water hot, and clean. It was efficient but not spartan in any way. It just got the job done in a comfortable and welcoming manner.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025The condo was perfect for our needs. It is as pictured, very clean, and the furnishings were comfortable. It is walkable to downtown. Although the unit had a garage our rental (Suburban) would not fit which was only a minor inconvenience. Definitely would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: comfortable townhouse, bus is not as convenient as we were lead to believe. Especially going to and from ski slopes. This is a better spring, summer, fall townhome. Not geared toward skiers.

Amenities were great (fully stocked kitchen/appliances, comfy bedding, plenty of extras), location is central to downtown Ketchum, minutes from Sun Valley Lodge, Bald Mountain Ski Resort, biking along Wood River Trail, etc. We would highly recommend this TH or any others in this complex -- for families and/or for multiple couples.NOTE: this is our 2nd review we provided as I just did one yesterday (I think it went through?)

Amenities were spot-on, location was great (minus a bit of the extra construction -- which really wasn't an issue for us at all!).The condo was immaculate, again and the unit had most amenities you might need (in the kitchen). Very reasonably priced for a true prime location (close to Bald Mountain, Wood River Trail, downtown Ketchum...less than a 15-minute bike ride to Sun Valley Lodge).
