We celebrated Thanksgiving with family in this beautiful, spacious home. The amenities were amazing and gave all ages something fun to do. The sauna and hot tub were a treat for the adults. Kids and teens spent hours in the game rooms. The huge kitchen gave everyone space to help out with the meal and we all settled into the massive, comfy sectional for nightly movies. The kids are still talking about the massive bed tower. Just a great home for families and groups of all ages!

The stay was great and was as described online. All who stayed at the house from what they said, they would come back again at the place for another time if getting together. The cleanness, safety, and general instructions were all clear.

Home is amazing. Plenty of space for many to enjoy.

Our group of 17 loved staying at Skitopia! Everything we needed was provided and Amanda checked in plenty to make sure we were comfortable. The space was amazing and had more than enough activities and beds to make sure everyone had an amazing time. I’d highly recommend for a big group!

We visited Sunday River with 4 families with kids ranging from under 1 to 10 years old. The house size, assortment of activities, and proximity to skiing made the trip an incredible experience. There was plenty of space in the house which made everyone comfortable and there were so many activities that kept the kids and adults entertained. We had multiple competitions between the many different gaming systems (darts, shuffle board, golden tee, bowling, etc). While the house was amazing, the access to Sunday River ski trails made the experience. With the ages of the kids we were on and off trail from opening lift to last chair. It was easy for even the 5 year olds to walk on and off the trail which gave us a ton of flexibility. It was an incredible experience and would highly recommend this house to anyone else who wants to enjoy a trip with a large group.

We LOVE Skitopia. The owners have thought of everything to make our say with a large group perfect. We have traveled twice here with five families with children ranging from 9-20 and the house exceeded our expectations on both occasions. It is CLEAN, has a fully equipped kitchen with every cooking tool imaginable, and plenty of space to spend time together without being on top of one another. The dining table accommodated our group so we could all eat meals together. Lots of sleeping space to accommodate different size families! Most beds are very comfortable with nice linens. Private bathrooms are a huge plus. Game rooms and hot tub were a perfect way to end a day on the slopes. An extra convenience...the dumpster is awesome as we did not have to worry about accumulating too much garbage for such a large group for a week's vacation. Directly across from Ridge Run trail, you can't beat the location for access to the slopes and the heated ski/boot storage room is a huge plus for taking equipment on/off when coming in from the cold! Owners were quick to try to solve a problem with the sauna which was greatly appreciated. We can’t wait to return! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

There are nice hiking trails, excellent outside space, and tons of rooms with privacy for each person.

The house was perfect for our large family reunion! So many activities and things to do at the house. We loved the game rooms, pool, hot tub, firepit, and movie room! So cozy! The house itself was so spacious and stocked full with all the appliances we could ever need! Amanda was great with answering all our questions too, would definitely come back and recommend for big groups ?

Great home! We had 32 people for our family reunion. The house was very clean and the way the house is set up allows lots of privacy. We used the outside with pool and jacuzzi quite a bit in our week long stay.There are so many amenities in this home. The kitchen is stocked lots of items that you don’t normally find in other rental homes.

We had a great stay for our annual family 4th of July trip. We had 15 people ranging from 8-82 and the house handled our numbers great. Plenty of space inside and out for lounging and activities. Plus plenty of space for group things like cooking and eating meals. The pool was clean and had someone check in on it mid-stay. It is a beautiful area and did multiple trips to an awesome swimming hole called Frenchman’s Hole. Amanda was very response throughout, we would stay here again for sure!

We were a family of 18 from 3-74 years old. This house was perfect for all of us! There was so much room that we often texted other family members to see where everyone was. It was so well equipped with everything you would ever need. The beds were so comfortable and the house was very clean. I love hot water for showers and this house did not disappoint. The master suite had a walk in shower with jets that was fantastic. The hot tub, the pool, the sauna, the game room and the outdoor patio area were big hits with everyone. Amanda, the property manager was terrific. She was always available to answer any questions. We had instructions upon arrival and departure. We have stayed at many vrbo's over the last few years, and I have to say that this house was the best equipped house we have ever stayed at. The location was ideal for hiking, gondola rides, and a short ride to a grocery store. If you are looking for a little bit of paradise, look no more! Thank you Amanda !

We are a group of 20+ adults and children and this house gave something for everybody. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather but even if it rained there would be plenty to do for every age. So many places to sleep which also provides privacy. We will definitely book again!
