Stayed Nov 25, 2025The location of this rental is excellent, and the home's floor plan is great. It was clean upon arrival, and we genuinely enjoyed the layout and the area's convenience. However, several maintenance issues definitely affected our stay.The washer and dishwasher were both not working, the kitchen faucet handle kept falling off, and the kitchen water pressure was very low due to the faucet head needing to be cleaned by a plumber. The main entry door and the balcony door did not latch properly, the hinge on the upstairs hall closet door was coming off the wall, and the pool light flickered throughout our stay. The light/fan in the master commode wouldn’t stay on, and two bulbs in the primary bathroom were out.Additionally, the amenity section doesn't state anywhere that there is an extra charge to heat the pool, which would’ve been helpful to know in advance.Overall, the home has potential and many positives, but the number of unresolved maintenance issues made our stay less comfortable than expected. Once these items are addressed, this could easily be a 5-star rental.

The owner was gracious enough to let us return for the weekend to make up our lost days!! It house is beautiful! Our family enjoyed it. The house is so close to the beach you feel like you are on the beach!
