The house has been renovated and is very pleasant. Host was helpful with clear instructions which made it an easy place to stay. We will be back next year.

Overall everything was great! The property was just as described, clean, well maintained, and well furnished kitchen. Really more than I expected! The lake was just across the street with sitting room on the top deck. My Overall stay was absolutely lovely!

Fantastic home with plenty of space for our family to relax and use as a base to enjoy the area. Prompt communication, clean home, and clear instructions of everything you’d need to know about the home. Highly recommend & would definitely return on our next trip to the area!

We enjoyed staying in this house, it was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house had all that we needed! The host was friendly and even cheerfully helped us when we locked ourselves out of the house! Its location is about 1/2 hour drive from many of the area’s attractions. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

Property was great. Nice location, close to a lot of stuff including the beach. Kayaks were used. Awesome lake for that. Great communication with Scott and Julie , however the AC broke down a few days before we arrived, they let us now. We had high 80’s/low 90’s degree temps. They supplied us with fans. But hot is hot tho. Would stay again at this place again

This property and the host was excellent. It was clean and well stocked and very comfortable. We would certainly visit again. There was room to park our 19 foot boat in the drive.

My husband and I had a great time, this place was so cute and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Will definitely be returning for another trip

The hosts were great communicators with us. The property was one of the cleanest VRBO's we have ever stayed at. The home was impeccable and close to conveniences if needed. Will stay there again if we are back in the area.

The most equipped home we have ever stayed in. Kitchen was so well supplied we could have left a few things at home. Beds were very comfortable along with comfortable furniture including the couch in the living room with electric footrests. We enjoyed a couple fires in the portable firering and using the gas bbq. Ample wood split up. We didn’t expect the boat to have a motor and due to wind and cool temperatures we didnt use it. Although I didn’t perceive it by the photos there is drop and steep steeps at the shoreline and it’s very shallow until the end of the long dock. Probably a plus for younger kids to swim in the shallows. All in on a return trip should we consider this area of Michigan to visit soon again as we are from California. Thank you Scott and Julie for providing us and excellent visit with my brother and sister in law.

The location and proximity to all that the area has to offer is perfect. Description and pictures were very accurate and the hosts were responsive to any questions that came up. Thanks for the great stay!

This was a great find for our family of 5! It had a downstairs that had a pullout sofa for our teenage daughter so she wasent stuck in the living room common area sleeping so that was a great surprise . The owner was above and beyond with any accommodations we needed . The rowboat with motor was small but great for little boat rides in the evening with the family you could fish as well ! Kids loved kayaking it was a nice quiet area not too congested at all . The neighborhood was perfect for morning runs or biking or evening walks not a lot of traffic going up and down the road . This house felt pretty spacious and had a nice fire pit outside to enjoy evening fires and a gas grill for bbqing . Everything looked to be recently done nice flooring showers/tubs vanity and kitchen was nicer than my one at home with newer appliances and fully stocked had about everything you could possibly need even a crockpot! Would 100% stay again and recommend to a family of 5-6 to stay here .
