Awesome place. My wife and I plus 2 daughters and 4 grandsons stayed for a weekend. Pictures are exactly as the house is and everyone can find a place for fun with others or alone. Hosts are very attentive and want to help your stay be positive. Area is easy to take advantage of its beauty and simplicity. Will go back for sure!!!

The property was beautiful. Large rolling green hills with a lot of room for the dogs to run. Plenty of amenities and even propane for the grill! We loved our stay. We look forward to returning at some point in the near future.

Great location and friendly hosts. Beautiful home. Our week happened to coincide with a really cold ice storm that came through. Struggled to get a radiator working in the upstairs bedroom, which was unfortunate and frustrating, but understandable due to the age of the house. If you need it dark to sleep, know that only one of the rooms has dark curtains, so be prepared. Great views from the windows though! Super cozy living room around the wood fireplace, and we had fun with the ping pong table in the basement.

This was our second time staying over Thanksgiving and we had a great time! The house has everything we need and Joe and Christine are great hosts checking into make sure everything is as expected.

Joe is an extraordinary host. I very much appreciated his personal welcome and his attentive concern. Everything detail for our visit was anticipated, managed beautifully. We found the home to be nicely appointed to meet all our needs. Our family appreciated the nostalgic decor and ambiance. During our visit on a brisk November weekend, we were warm, cozy and most comfortable. This classic setting is the perfect New England backdrop for any occasion. I highly recommend this property. Awesome house and a great location

We loved our time away at this property. The home had everything we needed and more. While close to everything it was very peaceful. Joe was very helpful and in communication easily. Our dogs loved it too, especially the large yard.

The house was very quaint. The location is private and OH, what a view! The hosts seem to have thought of everything that you might need and not have. We had a nice relaxing stay. Visited the river (Westons beach) fun had by all. Farms are great and was wonderful to have 2 so close and available. Would like to give a shout out to the hosts for quality kitchen ware, towels, bedding and especially the paper towels. My experience has been using the paper towels that disintegrate in your hands as soon as they are wet: not here. Every cookware imaginable. We are retired now and look to explore other places, but if going back to Maine, would definately come back here.

Whether we were relaxing on the porch, enjoying the peaceful surroundings, or heading out to the North Conway Outlets and Hemlock Covered Bridge, every moment felt special.Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, charm, and easy access to all the best parts of western Maine.

When we walked into this house we were pleasantly surprised by how charming it was. It had so much room for us 4 adults and 2 dogs. The house is located on a dead end street with a Christmas tree farm on one side and a huge yard yet it is only minutes from a main street with shops, gas stations and restaurants. The Master suite was very spacious with a sitting room, bedroom and private bath. We didn't have any children with this but there was a great playroom in the basement. The owner, Joe, was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for everything in the house. The yard was covered in snow while we were there and looked beautiful but we hope to be back in the summer or fall when we can use the 3-season rooms and gazebo and hike some of the nearby hiking trails. I strongly recommend this house for the perfect Maine escape!

Very lovely historic home with a beautiful view and quiet location. Conveniently located just minutes from the North Conway center. Pet friendly, clean, well furnished and stocked with necessities. The owners were easy to reach and very responsive. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with friends and family in town for a special occasion. The property was spotless and equipped with everything you could want. The host communicated very well and was easy to get a hold of when we had a minor question. A special property in a beautiful and convenient location.

We had the opportunity to stay at this adorable home at the peak of foliage season. We were in Maine for my daughters wedding and could not have asked for a better place to stay! The house was so clean and well appointed. It has everything anyone would need for their stay. The property was gorgeous. The large yard and the view were priceless. Highly recommend stay here.

Our group consisted of four adults and my 8-year-old grandson and we all had a wonderful time! There is plenty of space for five people. The beds are comfortable and the three bedrooms are all great sizes, as are the dining room (gorgeous views out the windows) and living room. Having 2.5 bathrooms was very convenient and the three-season porch has plenty of room. Cleanliness is very important to me when renting a house and this house was spotless. The house is at the end of a dead-end, quiet road but is just a few minutes away from a convenience store and several restaurants- I recommend the 302 West Smokehouse & Tavern, the food was delicious (especially the corn bread)! It’s a short walk from the house to Weston’s Farm and Market, (my grandson loved the hay fort) and to Weston’s Beach. This beautiful and historic home has every amenity you could possibly imagine. There is even a ping pong table in the basement and my grandson had a lot of fun learning how to play. The views across the fields are lovely. We enjoyed the yard and the gazebo, which has electricity and is screened in- the perfect place for us to play games. The owners were communicative, friendly and welcoming and we would love to stay again sometime in the future. Thank you, Joe and Christine!

What a find! Super clean, perfectly located for our need, so much room, comfy beds, great water pressure, and a lovely host! Very cool and eclectic and even better...a home with history! We all spent a great deal of time walking around the house checking out the pictures/photos and reading about the home and the area. The neighborhood is quiet, the grounds are beautiful and the view gorgeous! It was a very hot September weekend and the house was cool even without AC. Plenty of fans, towels, and literally, all the conveniences of home. 5star experience for sure!

We enjoyed the historic home for a family reunion. The property has a beautiful view. Well appointed and great communication with the host. Perfect for our weekend getaway.
