Stayed Dec 29, 2025This place is in all ways perfect. Our family goes to Granby multiple times a year. This place is steps from basecamp, has an amazing view of the mountain, is perfectly appointed, and the hosts are responsive and helpful.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025We loved our stay at this property. We have stayed at many of the town houses in base camp 1 and this is by far the best one. The decor and comfort were amazing. The only thing we thought was lacking was hooks to hang up all our ski gear in the front. But overall this place is top notch and we plan to book it again!

Stayed Dec 25, 2024This property is an amazing location and beautiful inside. It was easily walkable to the ski lifts and the rental area. My kids were first time skiers and we had one adult that didn’t ski so the physical location made it enjoyable. Easy short drive to the store and to restaurants. Quiet area and felt safe outside in the evening playing in the snow with my kids. Would highly recommend this place!

Stayed Dec 10, 2024We stayed here for our family vacation for 6 people (2 parents and 4 teenagers). We were comfortable. The kitchen was really nice with very new and nice appliances. The gas stove was great for cooking. All the bedrooms are upstairs, which worked great for us. Everything felt very clean and new. The garage is heated, so it was a great place to put our boots and gloves and jackets. One of the best parts about this location is how close it is for skiing! You are literally maybe a 2 minute walk from the base. This was ideal for those of us who were newer skiers so we didn’t have to drive or ski down a slope to get to the base. We just walked around the condo building you can see in the pictures and you were right at the base camp area where you can rent equipment or take the ski lifts. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
