Ski in-out Luxury Sun Peaks 3 bedroom Townhome (completed 2021)

Be one of the first people to stay in our near new Sun Peaks 3 bedroom Townhome finished for ski season 2021. We are in one of Sun Peaks newest development Echo Landing. We have super easy ski in-out access to the Orient and Morrisey Chairlifts.

Enjoy the breathtaking views and sunsets of Mt Morrisey and Mt Todd whilst relaxing in the hot tub after a great days skiing. The lounge, dining and kitchen areas also haveamazing mountain views, huge 13 foot ceilings, timber floors and a gas fireplace.

Our luxury townhome features a full designer kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, large LCD television, gas fireplace, automated humidifier system, garage with internal access, and a large deck with panoramic views across the entire Sun Peaks resort.

Our Sun Peaks 3 bedroom townhome will make you feel instantly warm and comfortable with its luxury furnishings and fittings. It is 1393 sq.ft. and can sleep a maximum of 8 people. The dining room seats 8 people. Complimentary wireless internet. The sleeping configuration is a king bed in the master bedroom, 3 x twin beds in bedroom 2 and a twin over full in bedroom 3. Just a short walk to Village restaurants and shops, Year round recreational trails are literally at your doorstep. The Nordic Centre and trails are directly across the road. If you have children, the toboggan park is also directly across the road for hours of fun.

We are an Australian family with three young children, the location of our townhome, and Sun Peaks Resort itself, offers fantastic family skiing. We have very easy ski in-out access to the Morrisey and Orient Chairlifts via the East Village Way ski run adjacent to the our townhome development. Ski out can also be accessed by crossing the road and skiing to the Orient or Morrisey chairlift (and in good seasons also allows for clipping into skis from the garage!)
Furthermore, East Village Way is a beginner ski run for simple and safe access for the entire family and skiers of all levels.

    Our stay was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, our host, David, made us feel welcome and was incredibly responsive to all of our inquiries. The townhome itself is brand new, boasting stunning views that enhanced our entire experience. Being able to ski in and out was a game changer, making our days on the slopes so much more convenient.After long days of skiing, the private hot tub was an absolute highlight. There’s nothing like soaking in warm water while taking in the beautiful mountain scenery. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the cooking utensils we needed, allowing us to prepare meals easily. Additionally, David has thoughtfully built a ski equipment room in the garage, complete with an awesome boot dryer. It's a real treat to put on warm, dry boots every morning!Overall, we couldn't be more satisfied with our stay. We give these townhomes full marks and want to extend our heartfelt thanks to David and his family for an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be recommending this place to everyone we know!

    This was our second year and we had a great time at Sun Peaks. Great ski hill and a lovely village with shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend it.

    This unit was located in the next set of townhouses from our friends location where they’ve stayed for several years. We stayed there last year and it was ski in and ski out. This unit requires a 50M walk to access the hill to ski down to Orient or Morrisey. What we liked about this unit was the garage where we could store our skis and snowboards and the hot tub was legit. There are some quarks but it’s probably something communication by me could’ve solved. Good spacing, easy access and great location.

    This location was not ski in ski out. It was 300-350m walk to a ski run. The iron frame couch was not usable. So seating for 6 was not comfortable. Beds were excellent.

    Overall the property was nice. The ski in/out requires a short walk. The one negative was lack of space for putting on ski boots. The foyer area is small.

    After a little confusion at check in, but David and his team jumped in to help us out. The location is great, less than a block walk to and from the ski hill. In the garage there were plenty of hooks to hang our gear after our day on the mountain. The hot tub had a beautiful view of the mountains and we really enjoyed the short drive to the village for dinner. We did have two cars with us, which we had to have one car parked at the overnight lot ($15/day and less than a 5 minute walk), but we made it work. We would definitely book here again.

    We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The property is clean, comfortable and cosy with beautiful mountain view. It is only few steps away from the Orient ski lift and 10 minutes walk to the village. Highly recommended.
