Welcome home to this wooden beauty with banquet seating, tall ceilings, and plenty of room for the whole family or group of friends. You'll love hitting the hot tub when your muscles can't take another mogul. When there's no snow on the ground relax in the hammock or grill up dinner on the deck.

Mad River Co-Opis just a shade over six miles away and features four chairlifts (including the nation's last surviving single chair lift), over 2000 feet of vertical, and a great mix of green through black slopes to keep everyone smiling and on their toes. On the way home, stop in for dinner or drinks at the Hyde Away which offers theme nights for different cuisine. And no trip up this way is complete without taking the 30-minute drive to tour and taste at Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Factory.

This home was idyllic for my 40th bday ski trip to Sugarbush! The hot tub was excellent and the layout is great for privacy when needed or hanging with a group playing games or making dinner. Wish I could talk to the owner directly instead of a chat bot. Would definitely go back! The views from the large windows of Sugarbush and Mt Ellen were spectacular to look at all day.

We really appreciated that the house felt warm and cozy when we arrived. The kitchen was well‑stocked, the linens were clean, and the overall layout made the space inviting for our stay. Once we settled in, we could see the home has a lot of potential for a comfortable getaway. However, our arrival was challenging. The main entrance was completely inaccessible due to 2–5 feet of snow, and there was no shovel or salt available. We had to walk about 30 feet through deep snow to reach the door, which made unloading luggage very difficult. After a 20–40 minute search, we eventually found a shovel and were able to clear a path ourselves to bring in five suitcases and groceries.Inside, we encountered several maintenance and cleanliness issues. There were live and dead flies throughout the house, and when we used the showers, spiders came out of the plumbing. The downstairs shower was clogged and drained extremely slowly, and the third‑floor bathroom’s hot water faucet was not connected or functional, limiting bathroom use.Recommendations• Ensure snow removal is completed before guest arrival.• Keep shovels and salt easily accessible near the entrance.• Address the fly, spider, and drainage issues, possibly with professional servicing.• Repair the third‑floor hot water faucet so all bathrooms are usable.• Consider a pre‑arrival inspection to catch issues before guests check in.

We had a great stay on beautiful property. Oy 2 little mishaps the code provided did not work but easily resolved. Second some mice or bat dropping near grill area and table yet they offered to come clean asap and allowed us to do late check out. Would definitely stay again!! Everything else was clean and the different floors offered everyone their own privacy it waa great!

Great home with 4 levels for 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. Wonderful living room area for gathering and games (well stocked!) Great kitchen with all we needed to prepare meals for our crowd . Heat lights in bathrooms were a bonus. Gorgeous view of the mountains - quick access to ski areas and yummy local restaurantsIssue with housekeeping / management not having home ready for our arrival but was sorted to our satisfaction - hopefully just a one-off issue for this wonderful property. Recommend 4WD /AWD for staying in winter!

We had a wonderful visit to this house during peak fall foliage. It has great views of Mad River Valley and the Mad River ski area. You can walk to hiking trail access points. The property is private and serene, but also just a quick drive to Waitsfield. Plenty of seating in living room and for dining four group of 8. Nice, large entryway to keep gear in. Hot tub was wonderful. Our group of friends likes to cook and we really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and grill. All the appliances, kitchen tools and dishware you'll need to prepare a nice meal if you want. The book of instructions left for guests covered everything. We also had a couple questions for the property manager and they were quick to respond. Would definitely book this place again!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! It felt so warm and homey, like a perfect retreat away from the everyday. The view of the mountain was simply stunning, and it set the perfect scene for embracing the beauty of Fall. Every detail made us feel completely at peace, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Stayed over 4th of July holiday with my wife, daughter (6), and son (3). Loved the house, the property, and the location. Kids loved the stairs and the bunk beds. The property is conveniently located near Irasville, Waitsfield, and Warren which means plentiful dining and outdoor recreation options. Kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable! For those staying in the summer, please note this property does not have central A/C, but there are plenty of windows that can be opened. The property also comes with a few small circulating fans that can be used for air circulation.
