Stayed Dec 31, 1969Amazing views from the living room and deck. The home was clean and furnishings including beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. Rick, owner, was extremely responsive when we encountered an issue with the home. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Stayed Aug 2, 2023Spacious open floor plan with a lodge-like feel. Plenty of bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. We felt welcome as soon as we opened the front door.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We had 6 adults and 1 child in our group from 2 different families. The setup of this home was perfect for our group. One family had 3 bedrooms upstairs and the other family had 3 bedrooms downstairs. The home was exceeded our expectations for supplies provided. We had done some essential shopping prior to our arrival and we did not need to! The views from the home are incredible. We really enjoyed our stay in this incredible home.

Stayed Feb 26, 2023Our great experience began with a personal email from the property owner. He was amazing and welcoming and his home was the same way! All the little details that make a stay awesome were planned out ahead of time, from comfy beds to soft towels, all the kitchen accessories and an abundance of USB chargers for the phones, this home has it all! We would highly recommend this home, and would love to stay again on our future ski trips!

Stayed Jul 30, 2022We had a family of 8 stay in late July with the primary purpose to visit Rocky Mountain National Park. We had an amazing time. 30 easy minutes to the park, short trip to Winter Park and Grand Lake. The house is amazing. Furniture is nice, beds comfortable and everything was incredibly clean. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more. Kids loved the basement, the games, hanging out under or on the deck watching the sunset and sitting by the outdoor fire pit after the sun went down. The owner was incredibly responsive, responded to any questions we had within minutes and sent numerous suggestions about things to do that were going on during that timeframe beyond all of the suggestions already in the house. This property is easily 6 out of 5 stars! If we return to Rocky Mountain we will definitely do our best to stay here!

Stayed Feb 4, 2022My family booked this property for a ski weekend at Grandby Ranch and we are so happy we did! This home is absolutely stunning. The property was clean and well taken care of. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The house is large and easily accommodated my family of eight! Hot tub, large TV’s and even an Xbox that made my teenagers very happy. The house is only a 4 minute drive to the Grandby Ranch Ski area which was very convenient. My entire family had an amazing stay and will absolutely be booking this property again in the future. 5 Stars!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful time in Granby. The property owner was a very gracious host as we had some travel plan changes after booking our reservation and he was willing to work with us to accommodate our trip. We greatly appreciate his generosity.
