Beautiful home with incredible views! Host was very responsive and check-in could not have been easier. My son loved the playground across the street which was an added bonus. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Seward.

The property was amazing. It has a great waterfront view. We did some meal preparations, and we had everything that we needed. The host was easy to communicate with. This is one of the nicest properties that I have rented thru VRBO. I highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay at this 3 story townhome overlooking the water and mountains. The hot tub was a plus. The first (bottom) floor has a bedroom and private bath. The second floor includes the kitchen and living area with a porch. And the top floor has the remaining 2 bathrooms. The washer/dryer is in the bedroom upstairs which was a bit inconvenient if someone was sleeping. There are 3 entries to the house – by the garage (where you park your car), to the alley, or to the deck where you can get to the walkway across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was very convenient to everything we did. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Home was great with awesome location and views! We were able to check-in early which was definitely a bonus. Kitchen was spacious and made meal prep easy. Highly recommended.

Apart from the amazing views, awesome property manager, and location, the bottom room had in floor heating!My father in law loved that since he came from Florida.Great property, can't recommend enough!

This house is perfect! Great location, amazing views, and easy accessibility to all Seward has to offer. We watched sea lions in the bay while enjoying our morning coffees from the hot tub. We will definitely come back some day!

Very nice location

This property is lovely. The location is great, especially if you don't plan to have a vehicle in Seward. It's an easy walk to downtown, and within walking distance to many area attractions. There is also a nearby shuttle stop. The space was great for our family of 5. The views of the mountains and shore are beautiful.

True to its name we saw otters right from the front balcony. The host was amazing and responsive, the property in an ideal location, and the sun rose right outside the balcony. It was a beautiful place to end our trip and celebrate my MILs 80th birthday. Thank you! We can’t wait to come back.

Communication was great, and check in process was easy. We all loved the view, the location, and Seward. Seward was our favorite place we visited in Alaska, and we would definitely stay here again! Actually, I would just live here forever.

Loved staying here! Three full bathrooms made it especially convenient for group stays. The house was furnished with nice amenities including a clean hot tub with an amazing view! Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, tools, coffee, and even spices for our stay. The owners were very responsive and accommodating.

Property was just as advertised. We have been to Seward many times, and this was just perfect. Clean, and easy to set up with the owners. Will be staying again!

It would have helped to have the light switches (and there were MANY) labeled. Not being familiar with the control wands for the top-up, bottom-down blinds in the kitchen was a problem. A short how to blurb in the binder would have been extremely helpful as the neighbor's porch lights shine directly into the kitchen and we were unable to block that light. Working bathroom fans would also have been good. Other than that, the place was really nice, conveniently located with amazing views. We lacked for nothing in the kitchen! Internet and TV worked as advertised and the hot tub was functioning. For the cost, it could have been cleaner and some lights just didn't work, which can easily be fixed (I think)

We were a group of 8. Two families with two adults and two kids each. Property was very centrally located, and we could walk to everything. Inside was very clean, and they had optional air mattresses so the kids were able to pile into the third bedroom. Host was amazing, very responsive and accommodating.

This house is perfect for a family. There is plenty of space and privacy. The house is immaculate, the kitchen is well appointed with things you may need and lots of empty cabinet to store your own supplies. Sarah is a dream to work with!

We rented two townhomes for 16 people and this was, by far, the best location, service, and location we've ever received in 10 years of vacationing together! Sarah was the most awesome host EVER!

Spend 3 nights and 4 days at this amazing location. Gorgeous house. Plenty of room for 5 kids and two adults. Clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. Lovely hot tub on a spacious deck with an amazing view of the ocean and mountains. Fire pit to sit at out front. Def will rebook, perfect Seward stay !

Beautiful place to chill in hot tub while watching activities at Resurrection Bay. Saw whales, otters, seals, eagles! Absolutely stunning!!
