Come in to this comfortable and inviting home, set among the tall ponderosa pines of Prescott, just a short 3 minute drive from downtown.

All three bedrooms have Queen sized beds with high quality sheets and 4 pillows, sitting benches, closets, and large windows with blackout shades.

The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, and all necessary amenities for preparing light snacks to full meals, including a traditional coffee maker. Enjoy some complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, & assorted teas and creamers.

The main bathroom has a full bathtub / shower.
The master bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet, and double vanity.
- Included are toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer.

The dining room table accommodates 6, and the kitchen table seats 4.

The living room couch and loveseat recline - allowing for everyone to nap in front of the 50 Smart TV - which allows the guest to stream their favorite shows in front of the wood burning stove. There is also a 40 Smart TV in the Master Bedroom. (No Satellite or Cable channels). Some local channels available.

Don't worry about being hot or cold. The house has air conditioning and gas heat.

Patio furniture for 6, plus a stainless propane BBQ grill compliment the back patio.

A full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are provided, in the laundry room just off the large 2-car garage with 40amp Tesla plug - bring your charging cord and get 28 mph charge speed.

And let's not forget what Prescott has to offer. Under 2 hours from Phoenix or Flagstaff, it has small town charm with modern day conveniences. Tons of restaurants, antique shops, and hiking trails abound. Kayak in the local lakes. Try your skill at the local casinos. Celebrate life down on Whiskey Row. Take in a concert at Findlay Toyota Center in Prescott Valley (just 25 minutes away). Slow down your life and take a stroll around the historic square. Or, just grab some snacks and come back to the house. 20 degrees cooler than Phoenix in the summer. Warmer than Flagstaff in the winter. Always a great place to visit.

New to Prescott Unsure what to do when you get here Here are some possible itineraries:

3 nights - Stay local. Enjoy the Courthouse square, Whiskey Row, and Sharlot Hall Museum. Dine at some of the local restaurants. Light hiking or Kayaking at Goldwater Lake or Watson Lake. Tackle the famous promontory of Thumb Butte. Maybe try your luck at one of the 2 casinos just 10 minutes away, or take in a concert at Findlay Toyota Center in Prescott Valley. Most importantly, relax and decompress in the tranquility of the tall pines.

4 nights - Add a day trip. Visit the historic mountainside mining town of Jerome, filled with several unique stores, wine tasting rooms, and restaurants. Maybe even take a tour of the haunted Jerome Grand Hotel. Down the road further is Cottonwood, then on to the Red Rocks of Sedona. On your way back, visit the Historic Indian site Montezuma's Castle.

5+ nights - Now you can really expand your adventure. Maybe a day trip to the Grand Canyon (2 hours away), or a train ride on the Verde Canyon Railroad. See Out of Africa wildlife park. Or focus on more of what Prescott has to offer - more hikes on the 70+ miles of trails. Hit the links at one of the golf courses (I like Stoneridge). Or enjoy more time hanging with the crowds on Whiskey Row.

No matter your level of ambition, there is plenty to see, do, and enjoy.

The house is accessible via paved roads all the way to the property, with room for 4-5 vehicles. Have an RV Please ask us to ensure it will fit.

We have it all for your stay. Hi-Speed internet, wine glasses and bottle openers, board games and decks of cards. You and your loved ones are sure to enjoy creating special memories in this comfortable and simple home.

This home was perfect for our family, with three bedrooms, all with queen beds. Owner provided everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as the rest of the house. Large garage to park two cars was appreciated. House is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, lots of trees and the deer wandering in to feed in the morning. The owner was friendly and available for our questions. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints and will return next time we're in the area.

We spent spring break at the house, it gave my son and his friends extra space to spread out and relax. He used the fireplace nightly. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well equipped. The boys loved the reclining couch/chair. The grill was well-used during our visit. The house was very clean, though the carpets are ready for a deep clean. The host was very responsive and friendly. The house is well-located for access to the town square, but it was a tad too long for our daily travels back and forth to the ERAU campus. Use of the garage was nice to have. This is a solid house for your stay, you will not be disappointed. (The review asks me to rate the lakefront experience, but this is not a lakefront property (??). I marked it as one-star bc it is not applicable).

I very much enjoyed my week at this home in February. It is in the tall pines and a mile or so from the downtown courthouse square and I walked there almost every day. Lots of nice shops and restaurants and a pretty historic neighborhood walk to and fro. Home was comfortable, spacious and clean. Owners were very responsive and communicative. Highly recommend!
