Great place for 3 generations family to stay. Loved the back patio and hot tub- for a place to unwind. Located close to National Parks!

Great stay. Location was great. Loved the outdoor area, sat on back patio every night and enjoyed the view and quiet after a long day! The kitchen dining area was great. Except the dishwasher wash hard to start, needed rinse aid. Washer and dryer also good to have. Very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable here. We like to cook meals while on vacation and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. It is located a bit out of town but the complex doesn’t have many neighbors so it felt private.

We loved staying at this location! Perfect for our family of 9 adults, spacious and clean. From the oversize couch to the beds and pillows, everything was quality and very comfortable. Beautifully decorated, modern and fresh. The hot tub was also an excellent feature, it was well used by us! And the view-wow!! Beautiful unobstructed view of the cliffs right behind the location as this property backs right up to them. The stars were amazing as there is little light pollution in this area. Loved the location, loved the quality of the property, 5 stars exceptional!

Location was ideal to explore parks and Moab. It’s a comfortable three bedroom home. Note that the queen beds are two sets of BUNK beds.

We loved our stay at this home. We had 3 couples so each couple had their own bedroom and bath and loved having a shared common space. The house was perfect for us. The hot tub was awesome - especially at night after all day hiking at the various trails in and around Moab. We had breakfast and a few dinners at home - the full kitchen was great for that and for prepping of our lunches that we took each day for our hikes. The appliances and decor were all very nice and appeared to be updated not too long ago. The washer and dryer got a lot of use, too - dryer was super speedy. We would definitely recommend this home to others and would stay here again if we visit Moab again. Thank you!

Rim View. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture was all fantastic decor. Great living room to sit and relax after long day on trails. Hot tub was fantastic! Kitchen well equipped. Laundry room was an asset. Extra fridge in garage excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was in a quiet location with a great view. Very quick to get to area attractions. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of hiking! Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this home and everything was great. We had a full house, but with the layout and three bathrooms we never felt like it was too small. There was plenty of towels and even beach towels for the hot tub. It was nice that it was stocked with dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and shampoo and conditioner. The property has plenty of parking for trailers. The location is outside of Moab, but didn’t feel too far. It was nice to be out of town away from the business. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice home, well equipped kitchen and decor was very tasteful. Back patio was inviting in the evenings.
