Stayed May 13, 2026The host communicated very promptly to requests and any assistance we needed. The inside was relatively clean, but dated. The outdoor area is in need of deep basic cleaning and update of the amenities. When wet towels were placed on lounge chairs they became badly stained, and the outdoor pool table was completely unusable and falling apart. If the other outdoor areas would have been swept up it would have gone a long way. The pool was clean and a great temperature.

The only flaw was a massive amount of garbage leftover from previous a handicapped individual the home was difficult to navigate for example; sunkin living room, tight hallways and doorways. The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Our favorite part was the outdoor space — it was perfect for relaxing, and we especially loved spending time in the hot tub after long days out. It truly made the trip feel like a getaway.A special shoutout to Myles and Justin for their outstanding service. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. We really appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Willow to anyone visiting Scottsdale!

Stayed Jan 17, 2025The location was excellent with all the outdoor recreation very close. Shopping was very handy…. The backyard was the draw for us. Very large yard with pool and hot tub, plus a large tree with many varieties of birds singing. We would return.

Stayed Nov 24, 2024Communication with the property manager L8Vacations was very good at first. However, we reported some important issues as soon as we arrived (BBQ didn't work, broken spa cover and lights) and no one came to fix anything during our week-long stay. Living room furniture is worn out but beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Location is very good and in a quiet neighborhood. We would recommend it after the owners repair what's broken and invest to refurbish the place.
