Stayed Sep 17, 2020Close to the beach! Loved having the grill. Pots have no lids and the microwave shelf isn’t secured! Be careful;) very comfortable bed and nice linens.. the tub is a claw foot- pretty cool! Loved the google/nest/roku set up! Easy check in/check out process... nice beach amenities in closet! Umbrella, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, etc. great stay!

Stayed Jun 6, 2026It’s a cute place. I haven’t seen a claw tub in years. I go to seaside a lot and this was nice to be close to the downtown and the promenade.The bathroom floor had long black hair I have blonde hair, bathroom needs a deep clean.The mattress needs to be flipped. I liked the hardwood floors. Maybe find a smaller refrigerator that fits a little better and not in the doorway as much.It is a busy road/area because of the best western but convenient.Thank you

Stayed Aug 21, 2025This place was so close to all downtown options and a minute walk to the beach. The WiFi was glitchy and had to restart multiple times. However, the point of contact for the VRBO was always available to help retrieve the steps to restart.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025We loved how close it was to the beach itself! The downtown seaside activities were easy to access and kept us busy and entertained. The only thing that was a little difficult was the lack of cookware. No mixing bowls, no lids for the pots and no baking dishes. But that was minor and not a super inconvenience. We were able to enjoy a nice quiet get away just like we needed!

Stayed Oct 10, 2024It's a lovely little house. The couch turned into a bed and was comfortable. It had a relaxing back porch. There were fewer pans and supplies than usual in a house like this, but it was acceptable.
