Come to San Marcos and relax in this recently renovated house that offers the basic necessities for a fun and memorable trip. Bed Room One, features a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom, and a twin on top(Sleeps 3). It also has a closet with extra pillows, blankets, and GAMES! A 32 tv is mounted to the wall. There is no cable in the bedroom, but there is a fire stick. The Second bedroom has a Queen size bed(Sleeps 2), with another 32 TV, with a Roku. House sleeps 5 total. For an additional guest, please let me know and I can provide a cot, or air mattress.

There is a charcoal BBQ pit in the back yard, as well as an above ground fire ring, with seating around it. *Please do not chop down trees in the back yard.

*This unit does not have a washer and dryer inside of the unit. For extended stays, let me know and we can work something out.
