ShuggaBreeze is a private and spacious 5-bedroom, 4 full bath home located on Great Guana Cay. This beautiful home overlooks the Sea of Abaco and Fisher’s Bay offering stunning panoramic views. This exclusive property includes “ShuggaBeach”, a sister property located directly on the Atlantic Ocean with beach access to Guana’s sugar sand beach and Bahamian turquois water, giving guests the BEST of both worlds!

There’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind.The open living area on the main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day on the water. The covered ocean view deck is a great place to catch the perfect sunset or relax in the enclosed porch no matter what the weather brings. Upper-level bedrooms include 1 king suite with en-suite bathroom, 1 queen suite with en-suite bathroom, and a double twin room with hallway bathroom. The lower level includes 1 queen room and a double twin room (twins can convert to a king) with a shared hall bathroom. Laundry is available on the main level as well.

ShuggaBreeze includes a grand private deep water dock allowing dockage with 5-foot draw at low tide. Hang out in the “Grotto” for an afternoon drink or watch the kids snorkel. A spectacular snorkeling spot can be found right at the dock with stairs leading directly into the water. Rinse off in the private outdoor shower right there on the dock. Dock is equipped with lights, ladders, tie up pilings, fish cleaning station, and 15/30/50 AMP power and fresh water on the pole. (lifts are not available).

Access to the sister property, ShuggaBeach, located directly across the road, is included to enjoy the sugar sand beach and turquois waters of the Bahamas. ShuggaBeach is a private oceanside deck offering lounge chairs and relaxation. This beachside veranda is a perfect venue for an intimate coastal wedding.

ShuggaBreeze is a short golf cart ride away from the ferry dock, grocery store, liquor store and local restaurants including Grabbers, Kidd's Cove and Nippers, Orchid Bay Yacht Club, and Baker's Bay Golf and Ocean Club. ShuggaBreeze is a gem. Newly renovated, spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The views are too die for and the option of bay or beach is second to none. We will be back!!

From the time you arrive at the dock by boat everything about the house makes sense. We use a vacation home a couple times every year and it’s hard to find one where everything works so well. The mini split AC systems were a great touch when it was hot outside It was never warm in that house. The access to water on both sides of the island is great touch.

Shugga Breeze was amazing, dock our 26 ft key west all week with no issues. Would stay here again. Good communication with the caretaker, Wallace, throughout the stay.

Highly recommend ShuggaBreeze! Beautiful home with incredible views and sunsets. Access to the ShuggaBeach property was great for beach access and viewing the stars at night. Our group is well versed in the Bahamas and in the Abacos. This house and the location provided us with everything we could want and do. From lunch in Little Harbor and fishing Cherokee to visiting the pigs, feeding stingrays and snorkeling behind Spanish Cay. Easy trips to Hopetown and even Marsh Harbor. Location Location Location. Oh and the grocery store on Guana Cay is another great feature to the island. The kids enjoyed the soon to be world famous Nippers bar and restaurant and Grabbers isn’t far behind. Shugga Breeze is a special place 5 great bed rooms all with their own AC units. Good kitchen and family entertaining area. I had my own boat so one of the most important things to me is the dock. Great secure dock with electric and good water pressure. We are going back Carter
