Welcome to Shrimply Fun- your boat friendly canal front escape at Ocean Isle Beach.
Shrimply Fun is a gorgeous 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home located on a deep water canal just moments from the Intracoastal Waterway entrance. The private dock space (15ft 3in) can be used to tie off your boat equipped with a rinse down hose, outlet for battery charging, and a filet station for your fresh catch. Use one of the included kayaks to explore the area or bring your gear to cast out a line. If you are more of a land lover- there is a tiki bar under the house with a second full size refrigerator, a bar fridge, Ping Pong table, Giant Jenga, and Corn Hole boards.

An in home elevator provides effortless access to every level of the residence, making arrival, unpacking, and daily living exceptionally convenient. The reverse floor plan showcases a newly renovated kitchen on the second floor, that allows you to take in all the stunning views. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the multiple expansive front and rear decks, including screened-in canal-side decks on both levels that provide the perfect space to unwind or entertain. Savor every moment on the porch, whether you are sharing a meal at the table or relaxing on the bed swing overlooking the tranquil canal. A spiral staircase connects the upper canal side decks for easy access between floors.

Cast your worries aside- each spacious bedroom has deck access to enjoy those slow vacation mornings. All bed linens and bath towels are included to make your trip hassle free. The master suite on the top floor features a large bathroom with double vanities, a standalone shower and jetted tub.

For families traveling with little ones, the home is thoughtfully equipped with a high chair and Pack ’n Play, along with a child safety gate at the main floor stairs to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay.

Although the garages are not available to guests, the home includes a convenient rear storage area stocked with everything you need for relaxing days on the island. Load up one of the beach wagons with toys and head to the shore, or take advantage of the bikes, kayaks, life jackets, and crab traps for a more
adventurous day on the water. Whether you're exploring the canal, relaxing on the beach, or enjoying friendly competition with

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is an 9-minute walk from the home. As you come out of the driveway, turn left onto Cumberland Street, then turn left onto East 2nd Street, then turn right onto Goldsboro Street and follow it straight to the beach access.

Smart TVs are in all bedrooms and family room. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay or use all of the included free Vizio channels. Please remember to log out of personal accounts before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and driveway, as well as in the rear facing the owners boat lift. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces or back yard.

- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
-Young children under the age of 14 are not to use the elevator
unsupervised.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.
-The boat dock is to be used at your own risk. Beware of
barnacles on the canal walls and dock pilings

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any administrative fee, credit card processing fee, cancellation fee, and any associated taxes on said fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
