Stayed Jun 14, 2025We stayed here with 5 teens. The place was just as it looked online. It was very clean. We had never been to Destin so weren’t sure about how close it would be to the beach. It was perfect! It’s a short walk, less than 5 minutes, from the unit, across the street to the beach where you have an access code to get onto the beach. There are pedestrian crossings so it’s very safe to cross the street. People drive slowly and everyone stops for people in crosswalks. The beach is private which is nice because the public part was much busier. Walking saved so much time because parking in the lot, even if you took a golf cart, was very hectic. We had an issue with maintenance when we first arrived that was quickly taken care of.The check in and out process was easy.Only one thing I would say wasn’t the best was the first floor bedroom has it’s own patio and some of the nice cushioned chairs were broken there so we couldn’t use those. There were others to use instead so it wasn’t like we had nothing. That’s about it though.Overall, highly recommend. I would stay here again!

Just a heads-up for larger groups: you may want to bring extra bath and beach towels, as well as additional pillows. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful and made for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Stayed Mar 9, 2025Great spot for a group of girls on spring break! Clean, spacious, and only a few minutes' walk to the beach. The listing makes it clear, but there are small everyday items you'll need to remember to pack/include - trash bags, coffee filters, extra detergent, etc. Easy check in and out process!

Stayed Jul 29, 2024Located in a wonderful location and walking distance to the beach. Very nice and overall very clean. A few concerns were raised but nothing that made us not want to stay there again. Pre-arrival communication was great and helpful. Only suggestion is to increase communication about what is there and how to navigate the beach. This house did not come with chairs set up at the beach and that would have been helpful to know who to reach out to for advance booking. Overall a great place to stay!
