Located on the Cinder Creek of the Kiawah River, this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house has it all. It is the perfect family getaway to experience all that Kiawah has to offer: tennis, golfing, biking, fishing, water sports, wildlife, and more. This popular home features modern furnishings, expansive bedrooms, and a private pool. It is the ideal combination of relaxation and fun for any group of travelers.

Upon entering the main level of home, you are greeted by the expansive living room floor to ceiling windows allow the natural light to shine throughout the home. This room is adjacent to the dining room area, which features large round table with seating for up to 6 guests and unique open-top hallway cabinetry, which allows for all the living spaces to flow together.

Moving into the fully equipped kitchen, it is beautifully appointed with marble counter tops, state-of-the-art appliances -including gas range, duals ovens and wine cooler – new cabinetry. The massive central island, which has barstool seating for 5 guests, is the perfect location for entertaining. There is a breakfast table in the kitchen area which seats 6 guests as well. The secondary sitting room, just off the kitchen, finishes out the home's incredible living spaces, and offers a TV and more furniture to relax about.

The spacious master suite (Bedroom #1) is on the first level of the home, and features a beautifully remodeled private bathroom with standing shower soaking tub, and dual vanities.

Ascending the stairs to the second floor, you'll find the remaining two bedrooms. The first of these bedrooms (Bedroom #2) contains a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with standing shower. The final bedroom (Bedroom #3) has two queen beds, TV, and private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The outdoor spaces are definitely a highlight of the home! Lounge by the private pool, enjoy a BBQ dinner on the backyard grill, or enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the gorgeous island views of Kiawah. The backyard is a private oasis perfect for outdoor entertainment!

    The house has all that you need. The kitchen is spectacular for those who love to cook. Short walk to fishing. Great location for biking to the outermost points of the island. Nature everywhere. Highly recommend.

    This home provided a nice base for my family while staying on Kiawah Island. Spacious home with well-stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked great. The home could use some minor updates-a light blocking blind on the double bedroom would be great, and one couch in the family room was very uncomfortable as it seemed you could feel the springs throughout the seat; and a thorough cleaning and decluttering of the garage would help tremendously. Although it is a double garage, it is very small and when we tried to pull our vehicle in during a bad storm one evening it barely fit and it's a Mercedes 450... Anything larger like a Yukon or Escalade wouldn't stand a chance of fitting in the garage. Once we got the vehicle in we had to put up the other garage door and exit that way and go into the front of the house as we couldn't get around the vehicle in the garage because it was so cramped. The rental agency was very responsive to our calls and immediately brought out a replacement iron when the iron died on Sunday morning. Overall this is a great choice in a beautiful well located neighborhood. One suggestion would be to have the cleaning agency also look around the pool area in between rentals. We found it strewn with toys and inflatables upon our arrival. It just gave a messy appearance to another wise beautiful backyard. One of the reasons we chose this property was that it was dog friendly. Unfortunately, the owner has now changed the policy to prohibit pets, so this will dissuade us from returning to this particular property.

    Lovely house and your service was excellent. We appreciated you bringing a new toaster the day we emailed, and it was even a holiday. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. A few small items in the house need to be fixed, there is a lamp in the den that the knob to turn it off has broken off and the can opener is bent and difficult to use. And the board that is sticking up on the back deck could use a more noticeable marker than the small yellow stripe.

    We so enjoyed our week at 700 Glossy Ibis. The home was clean with a nice open layout and the kitchen was well stocked. The first night there was a smoke alarm battery going off in a locked closet, so that was an issue, as it was Christmas night and no one was available to open the door. Then the next day the house was out of power for at least 12 hours and brrrr it was so cold. Finally it came back on at 8 pm that night. That was a power company issue. The house had a nice fenced in back yard and tile floors making it easy when traveling with a dog. And the location was a bike ride to the Ocean Club and beach. Overall it was lovely. I would be delighted to stay there again.
