Stayed Feb 9, 2026This is a gorgeous apartment right in High Street. When I got there, not only did I notice the lovely plants, but there was a sound machine playing jungle bird noises. What a nice touch! The host is very responsive. I loved the location—a mile from the convention center, and right across from Skully’s and the Short North Stage. Anything you can imagine to eat was within walking distance. I plan to definitely stay here again!

Stayed Feb 6, 2026Excellent communication. Great location. Parking... they provide on street parking. I just paid to park right in front. Wish the tv was bigger. Seating for 2... no problem. If 3 or 4 people could be nicer. Overall excellent. Id stay there again!

Stayed Dec 7, 2025My stay was nothing short of amazing. Immediately when I walked in, I felt at home. Everything about the space makes you feel like you’ve always stayed there, and the surroundings match the overall energy that the apartment gives. You immediately feel as if this is someplace that you would decorate yourself and you had always lived there. The apartment is completely intuitive. It is easy to navigate. Nothing is hard to find, and everything is easily someplace that you know that you would’ve put it yourself. It is not hard to say this could easily be someplace that you’ve always lived. I felt at home. I felt at peace, and I felt as if if I lived in Columbus, this would’ve been someplace that I would have designed and lived in myself. I will absolutely come back and I will absolutely book this place again. The Jungle House is 100% my favorite place in Columbus, Ohio.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025The Jungle House is a great place to stay for any Columbus activities or events, especially Short North, Downtown, or campus areas. We were pleased with every aspect of the apartment. The nicely decorated theme of exposed brick, modern furniture, and house plants provides an at-home feel, including comfy bed and appointed with great amenities. The unit is super clean and neat. Host Sergio goes the extra mile to make sure everything has been done to perfection and provides great communication to get you checked in and ready to enjoy your stay. Everything is laid back and super easy.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025This is a nice apartment downtown near all the restaurants and bars. The host added some little perks like a basket of granola bars and ramen on the kitchen counter for the guests. This was much appreciated as I was coming in and out of the unit for short periods of rest during a family member’s long hospital stay. I really appreciated the host’s communication and kindness throughout. I will definitely be rebooking next time I’m in town.

Stayed Nov 9, 2024As a group of 20s women, we did not feel safe in this location. It is near a few smoke shops, so the stairwell (which was filthy) smelled horrible and that smell seeped into the apartment. Definitely need to add an air purifier and humidifier. A window was open from where the AC was when we arrived and we had no extra bedding. The host sent the cleaners to bring bedding and look at the window at 10pm which we only allowed bc there was no option. They fixed the window by literally putting scotch tape on it. Reiterating: we did not feel safe letting strangers in at that hour or at all. The parking is much farther than the listing makes it seem. Which again is dangerous considering the area and the things happening directly below the apartment all night. There isn’t much seating in the common area so it is not a comfortable place to place to hang out. This would not be a comfortable place for more than 4 people. The futon should not be counted as a place to sleep two people since it is super uncomfortable and small. The location is fine but definitely not in the safe part of the Short North. This might be a fine place to stay if you’re really drunk when you come home and you don’t look around too much but not for a group of women just getting dinner in the Short North.
