Stayed Jun 12, 2026Th property is in a good condition and is well appointed. Private bed rooms on different floors. The location is walkable to short north and there are a few restaurants and bars really close.Loved: location, communication, property layout, deck was really nice.Eh on: paying to park more than one car when the place sleeps like 10 people, didn’t love purchasing the damage waiver but did after reading some reviews that there was existing damage. The A/C is very cold in the basement bedroom while it got pretty warm in the upstairs.Overall, it’s a nice place to stay and suited our needs. I would stay there again.

Stayed May 13, 2026After a scamming incident with my original booking via VRBO support this was one of the places sent to me in the same area as an alternate. Obviously the photos are beautiful, so I decided this was the place for us. It has a great rating (although only 10, after closer inspection). I was expecting a 5 star stay! Don't get me wrong, it's a fine house. In person, it looks nothing like the photos. The layout is very strange. The main level is a bathroom, laundry and bedroom with bunk beds. Upstairs is the main bed and kitchen. The place looked thrashed! Walls stained and marked up everywhere. Paint chipped all over. Every handle was loose. Don't even think about opening a drawer in the main (the face will fall off). There were like 5 forks in the kitchen. No BBQ as stated in the listing. Table on the deck (and back screen) broken in the corner of the deck. Not a baking pan in site. We had to buy disposable from the grocery store. I feel like the pictures are either AI enhanced, or taken the day after the remodel. Also, the front door pad never worked so we had to enter the back door each time. I could have remedied that quickly, I'm sure. However, this place is run by a company, not an actual person. For the price I would NOT stay here again. I thought this place was too fancy for us. Boy was I wrong! Even the bedding was cheap. I think there is only one true review (out of 10) for this place. Do not recommend unless they lower the price and actually show you what you get!

Stayed Apr 6, 2026It was great to have a private garage, safe place to park. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. Let’s of space to spread out and relax. Being that there is 3 levels with bedrooms on all it would have been nice to have ceiling fans to better accommodate everyone’s temperature liking. For the top to be comfortable the bottom was cold. But that is the only downside to this beautiful property.

Stayed Feb 6, 2026This place is fine if you want a party house. It had clearly just been used as one and smelled like marijuana. There were a lot of scuffs, scratches, chipped paint, and marker on the walls. No dish soap, no wine glasses.I had booked this for my family coming in town for my son’s 5th birthday. My parents have mobility issues and the host said they would be fine in this place as there is a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Well there is a bedroom with BUNKBEDS on the first floor and nothing else. Steep steps up to the kitchen and living room with the primary bedroom, which is what I thought was the first floor… and then stairs down to another bedroom and tv and couch. Not worth the price at all even if my parents did not have the mobility issues or the place did not smell like weed. It seems like there was just a huge party they just quickly cleaned up after. Disappointed and did not even stay. Would not book any places from this group again.

Stayed Aug 10, 2025Awesome experience. We rented this property for my mother's 65th birthday. Just a quick staycation. While our stay was not perfect, the experience itself trumps anything that may not have been perfect. Communication was amazing. Very open and helpful. The property itself was beautiful. Tons of room, air conditioning was amazing, adequate parking for a small group, but I could see challenges for a larger group.The location was amazing as well as you have access to points of interest in the city. We would absolutely stay at this property again.
