Stayed Sep 4, 2025We had an amazing time at this cabin! The place was clean and perfectly advertised. The host, Mike, was phenomenal to work with. Great communication, got back to all my questions immediately, and overall cared about his guests. Would highly recommend and would 100% book again!

Stayed Aug 14, 2025This house is well stocked with anything you may need. There is a very shallow swimmable area good for very young kids, and many new lake toys, board games, etc. TV's everywhere! It was very easy to reach the property management, and Mike checked in frequently. Would recommend.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025We had a great time! The location was perfect, we love North Long lake and proximity to the Paul Bunyan Trail. There is more than enough room for the whole family and the kids loved the chance to have a private hang out in the bunk house! Mike and the property management staff were very attentive and fixed an appliance issue immediately!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025We loved this lake place! it is a beautiful location and the lake is crystal clear. The kids could wade in and play in shallow water. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking with plenty of seating. Nice family spaces and good TVs. We enjoyed all of it.We were a family group of 12. Lots of outdoor seating for just relaxing in the shade or sitting around the fire at night. Very clean! our host was attentive. If texted him, he got right back to me. I would definitely recommend this property!

Stayed Dec 9, 2024Would be an amazing place to stay in the summer. The guest house is very cold in winter- had to sleep on the couch in the main house it was so cold (so I'd not plan on those two extra bedrooms / 1 bathroom in the winter time for space.) Fabulous place for summer, however.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024We were looking for a relaxing stay at the lake, and this was perfect! Plenty of room for the seven of us, and had everything we needed. The location was great, with easy access to Brainerd, Baxter, and Nisswa. Communication with the property manager was amazing. He notified us of a large storm that was to be in the area as we would be arriving, advising us that we should try to avoid it. We took his advice and had an extended supper stop, and avoided the bad weather. Any questions were quickly answered. Highly recommend, and I hope we get the chance to book here again.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024This was the 2nd year of a new family tradition spending time in the summer with our adult children and their families. This was a perfect location and home for our 8 adults +4 children! The older adults were thrilled that this property did not involve long staircases inside or outside. We especially appreciated access to the outside space, the lake, and to and from the deck and the dock without steep hills or steps to navigate. The separate guest house was a nice plus for the teens to have some private space when they desired that, and the common areas were large enough to accommodate us all. There were plenty of linens and paper supplies and everything in the kitchen was easy to find and navigate, as well as all appliances, electronics, etc. Our host communicated almost instantly if the need arose and there was very little need for it. Bravo, Mike! He even called us before we reached the property to give advice concerning the lake and was able to refer us to a pontoon supplier. We love the fact that this property is about equal distances from Brainerd and Nisswa because we like to spend time at both locations. North Long Lake we found to be especially wonderful for the young children because it has extensive shallow areas. All in all, this was a fabulous, stress-free experience which was what we wanted. We will definitely wish to use this property again! Great job everyone. We met the cleaners as they arrived and we were leaving and they were delightful as well!
