Shore-E-Nuff - Gulf Front, Free Beach Service, Heated Community Pool!

Upon arrival we couldnt get in. We were told someone would come fix door and were never told if that did in fact happen we didnt know about it so we had to leave a door unlocked to come and go. Which was fine we were just at the beach. Upon enterong someone coke half drank was left up stairs other than tgat it appeared clean. The stove the far right knob is broke internally so you had to be cautious to get the gas turned off. It also striggled on all burners to actually light and get igniter to go off and stop clicking. The toilets were a constant thing to get them to stop continously running. The ice maker has tons of svale and nastyness. I notice after we filled a cooler with ice how dirty the bottom of ice make was. Then loiked i. The area where the ice was made and it is in need of cleaning. In the living room there was a spot in the carpet where it looks like a dog may have peed.the outside door going to beach is hard to shut. I would say parking is more like 2 cars possibly 3 at most. The steps walking from carport in and deck from screen porch to beavh are very slick when wet. I feel once by carport area and my kiddo feel once down beach stairs. We are fine but diffinitly need so coating of nonslip paintThe houses cutely decorated Seemed clean other than what i mentioned above. Nice beach area and loved the screened porch. There was tons of cooking pot pans ect which was very nice. Overall i would stay there again. For the cost i think things need a little maintance.

Great place super well stocked kitchen. Right on beach! Loved it! Only negative, the grill was too dirty to use.

This house was perfect for our family! Right on the beach with chair and umbrella service provided. There was some work being done on the home after a recent storm, and the management service communicated proactively and throughout our stay to ensure we were able to still enjoy our time. The gated community was very quiet. Great escape for our family! Highly recommend Emerald Coast Island Excursions for a boating while you are there!

It was windy and lots of Construction noise that we didn't expect. I would of liked more than 2 dish towels. But we did enjoy ourselves and made good memories.

Great house that felt cozy and fun! Extremely well stocked with everything we could need, private beach access, and lovely neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery, etc. We especially appreciated the abundance of rooms that had queen/king beds; our group was 3 adult couples and one set of kids, so that was a huge plus! (so many of these beach houses are heavily weighted toward the twin/bunk rooms and skimpy on rooms for grown ups!) Many thanks for a great time.

Our stay at Shore-E-Nuff was all that we had hoped! The house is comfortable and has plenty of room. The views and accessibility are spectacular. Having 2 toddlers and a 9-month-old ~ the ease of being able to come back and forth from the beach was a life-saver! I can definitely see us returning!

First the good, the area is gorgeous and the house is in a perfect location. We arrived on a Sunday and had an amazing day. Monday morning at 7 am the construction crew showed up The houses are on top of each other in the neighborhood, so 4 ft from every bedroom windows the hammering and power tools went from 7 am to 6 pm. He only break they took was when my 14 year old daughter, her friend and my wife walked out in their bathing suites. Then they all stopped and stared and commented to each other. We figured “it’s one day, Monday. It will stop”. Tuesday came same issue. We reached out through the app. 3 hours to get the response. “Hi sorry I’ll let management know”. Nothing, crickets after that. I reached back out with “Hey Miguel, guess upper management didn’t care”. Sometime the next day (possibly later that night) I received a message saying “sorry the listing says rates are discounted due to construction”. That’s it. First of all we did not get a discount, the rate is in line if not a bit more pricey that other similar homes. I suppose this slick move would hold up if I challenged it, but super scummy. I called and talked to Chase, who answered the main phone line and was as worthless as a doorknob. We could not sleep past 7, could not read a book, could not read work. My girls were so uncomfortable that it ruined spring break. Zero compassion Let me be clear. I realize construction happens. Maybe let people know they are literally framing an entire home during spring break. Don’t tell me you don’t know what “stage of construction” the house is in. That’s bs. Also be responsive. We rent high end homes frequently and have never experienced a more pathetic host. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. READ THE YELP REVIEWS FIRST. WISH I WOULD HAVE.

It was our first time to this area and we loved it! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We would love to go to this property again and again!

We had an amazing beach vacation. Beautiful, well-maintained, well-equipped, meticulously clean home. Can't beat it having your own private walkway to the beach. Highly recommend.

Very easy to settle into. They had everything you needed to cook big meals and sit down for dinner as a family. The house was a tad overdecorated (every surface covered with seashells) and the furniture accommodated everyone but made maneuvering around a bit tight. We had 7 people, I wouldn't have more than 8 to be comfortable.
