Luxe Beach Retreat Walk to Beach Pool Spa, Golf Cart, Game Room & Putting Green

We had a wonderful family vacation celebrating my son’s 16th birthday! The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed grilling on the back porch while the kids swam in the pool. The fire pit was great for making s’mores. The location was just a short golf cart ride to the beach and Seaside. We highly recommend this property!

House was very clean and in great spot. Pool was awesome and had a good time in the game room. House has everything you need. Would recommend with no hesitation.

We stayed here as a last-minute pivot from our previous spring break plans. It was an absolutely fantastic home! Great location close to everything but just off the beaten path so it was quiet. We never ran out of hot water. The 2 washers and dryers were a huge bonus. The golf cart and 7 bikes were great. The game room was fun for the whole family, as was the karaoke stage. Air conditioning on each of the 3 levels worked wonderfully. Beds were all comfortable. The entire design of the house was beautiful - it is cohesive and intentionally coordinated with high end fixtures and beautiful bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were our family’s favorite part, especially since the ocean flags during our stay were red (rip current) and purple (marine pests present). Also appreciated that they must have pest control because we didn’t see one bug inside the house. We would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was amazing. Home was just as pictured. Owners were great communicators and attentive when we had an issue. Great location! Would definitely stay again. We had 10 adults and a child and was great for everyone to have their space.

We had a group of 6 adults and 8 children under 5. This home was just amazing for our group. The location is superb, it was extremely spacious, well stocked, clean, I could go on and on. The hosts kept in communication and the hot tub/heated pool was an amazing bonus for those chilly spring break days. The golf cart was perfect for when we didn’t want to take a car into town. We are looking forward to renting this home again!

Property was in great condition & the owners were very helpful with everything! The ability to use the golf car to get to Seaside was a huge plus. Highly recommend!!
