Shore Beats Work! Charming Cottage in Scarborough Beach Area with Central A/C!

Thomas was very responsive and kind. The house was adorable, cozy and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again!

Our stay was everything we hoped for. Great communication with the host along with great suggestions to make our visit to the area complete. House was extremely clean and had everything you would need…fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding and a washer/dryer in the bathroom. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful sisters weekend (5 of us). Close to Newport and Block Island Ferry. The house was great for us. Clean, comfortable and everything we needed was there.

Loved this home ..loved the seating outside on the deck the central air ..had everything I needed only thing I wished it had was a crock pot I had to go buy one to make spaghetti and meatballs for the fam. Truly loved it here will be back Location is great !

Beds were comfortable kitchen very well stocked except no griddle pan for pancakes host was excellent I wasn’t familiar with kurig coffee pot so he brought me a regular coffee pot very attentive

We had a wonderful time! The home is very comfortable, we had everything we needed, the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, bagel/coffee shop withing walking distance, close to the beach/BI ferry/restaurants/shopping.

The house was perfect! Very clean and a ton of amenities, the central AC was a huge bonus! Everything is well maintained with a lot of nice touches. Very close to the beach and local restaurants. Tom was excellent to communicate with.

We loved staying here. Close to everything. The only thing is we wish the house had a smart TV so we could have signed into our streaming channels. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

My sisters and I spent summers in RI growing up. This was our first visit back in 50 years, and we had a wonderful time, especially with the beautiful cottage that Tom and his wife rent. We all especially loved the outdoor shower. Neighborhood is great! Thanks so much for making our trip so memorable.

The property was a cozy, clean, comfortable home with a nice yard, mature gardens and a furnished outdoor space. The location is perfect as it is close to beaches, parks, trails, restaurants, golfing, biking and the ferry to mention some of the areas offerings. We recommend it and would return in the future ?

This was a great property and the host was very helpful and organized. My daughter and a couple of her friends stayed here for a graduation weekend get away. They were very happy with the location and property as a whole. Would highly recommend.

Me and two of my oldest friends stayed here for a weekend as we were in town for another great friend’s son’s wedding. The cottage was very easy to find, close to the beaches and great restaurants and convenient staples. The cottage was very cool, well maintained and perfect for what we needed. I would definitely recommend it and hope to come back again.

Beautiful little cape very close to the beaches. Great host!
