Shore Beats Work! Charming Cottage in Scarborough Beach Area with Central A/C!

Property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Wifi was very fast, even with multiple users.While noted in the property's description, travelers (especially by air) should be aware that they must bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Pillows and blankets are provided by hosts.Location is safe, quiet, and easy to find. Scarborough State Beach is a pleasant walk away through a nice residential neighborhood. Restaurant choices and other retail services are relatively limited in the immediate area, and are more concentrated a short drive to the north; however, the lack of commercial traffic made for a lot calmer and peaceful environment to enjoy this part of Narragansett.Tom & Jane have a wonderful home that serves as a convenient base for exploring the RI coast, as well as a destination itself to just relax away from the crowds. We especially enjoyed the screened-in outdoor sitting area in the evening.

Hosts had great communication and were very accommodating. Location was a nice quiet street. House well supplied and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor deck space.

From making the reservation all the way to check out, a great experience! The house was very clean, had all the amenities you would need, and the location was unbeatable. Tom is a wonderful and kind host and was extremely accommodating. If you’re looking for a house, in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach then this is your place!!!

Our stay was everything we hoped for. Great communication with the host along with great suggestions to make our visit to the area complete. House was extremely clean and had everything you would need…fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding and a washer/dryer in the bathroom. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful sisters weekend (5 of us). Close to Newport and Block Island Ferry. The house was great for us. Clean, comfortable and everything we needed was there.

Loved this home ..loved the seating outside on the deck the central air ..had everything I needed only thing I wished it had was a crock pot I had to go buy one to make spaghetti and meatballs for the fam. Truly loved it here will be back Location is great !

Great location, super cute house! It was the perfect place for our family of four to vacation. The house had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space and shower was beautiful. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Beds were comfortable kitchen very well stocked except no griddle pan for pancakes host was excellent I wasn’t familiar with kurig coffee pot so he brought me a regular coffee pot very attentive

We had a wonderful time! The home is very comfortable, we had everything we needed, the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, bagel/coffee shop withing walking distance, close to the beach/BI ferry/restaurants/shopping.

The house was perfect! Very clean and a ton of amenities, the central AC was a huge bonus! Everything is well maintained with a lot of nice touches. Very close to the beach and local restaurants. Tom was excellent to communicate with.
