“She’s the One”; fantastic Seacrest Beach home on nature trail, 4 adult bikes!

The place was great. This was one of the best appointed houses that we've stayed at in the Seacrest Beach community. The management company was also great to work with.

The house is adorable! We rent a lot in the area, and we loved this house and the space it offers.

The house is beautiful. Location was perfect. Hostess was very efficient and responsive to my messages right away. My only complaint is in regards to the cleaning crew. It seemed they didn’t vacuum under the dining table and sofa before we enter the house. The reason I am saying this is because when I was vacuuming before I left I found some buttons under the dining table and a lot of dust under sofa and accumulated dust under the counter stool feet. Again, house was perfect and hostess was very polite. I would stay there again.

Beautiful house! Very responsive, wonderful hosts. Relatively quiet as it backs up to woods, and we loved the trail.

The property was spacious, comfortable, and well decorated. The back patio was nestled along the nature trail with entertainment area. The Property manager was quick to respond to any questions and service request. We would stay here again.

The house was beautiful and clean except the black dog hair on the couch and couch pillows. I took my niece on a weekend trip (since she isn’t going to have a wedding party for her wedding) so we could celebrate her. We were informed that there would be a new washer in the living room because it would be installed on Saturday. We had to wake up early to let the men in. It was an inconvenience to us and the gentleman asked me to clean up the area where the old dryer was so he could install the new one. I got right to work and swept it out and grabbed the old dog toys that had been behind the dryer and threw them away. I informed the rental company of the dryer vent line that was stopped up (dryer couldn’t have been working at all) and the men replaced that line as well but couldn’t put everything back together because they were missing a part. We couldn’t use the washer and dryer at all. The rental company should have made arrangements to replace it on a day that we were leaving or coming in since they have from 9am-4pm to clean.

Great property! Amazing layout for our group with plenty of room for teenagers to hang out separately from adults. Well decorated and furnished. Owner was quick to respond to small issue with bike and find a workaround. Would definitely stay here again,

The house was clean/orderly and great bunk beds for kiddos.Tram pick-up for beach was right outside the door.Coinvent bike ride to many restaurant choices.

We had a great time. The house is well stocked and maintained. We would definitely recommend.

The house has a great layout for teenagers. They enjoyed having a living room downstairs next to the bunk bed room. There was a couple issues with bikes that the property manager quickly took care of.

Amazing stay at She’s the One! Communication with the property manager was timely and excellent! This was a girls trip with 8 friends and the amenities were perfect. We had plenty of space and the house was super clean! Would recommend this house to anyone vacationing in the area!

We loved the house! It was not far from the pool and very close to the pickup for the beach.

This house was perfect for our group with lots of room for everyone. The Seacrest Villas community & proximity to Rosemary Beach was so convenient for a great stay. We'll definitely be back. Our host was very responsive & helpful.My only suggestion is in the check in information - include the office hours & note the pool location to pick up the welcome packet & bands. We didn't realize the office was open until 9:45pm.

We hosted a bachelorette here and it was the perfect location! Walkable to everything and the tram service in the neighborhood was an added bonus for when we had extra beach supplies!

This was a great stay in Rosemary Beach. Host was very responsive, house is large, can host multiple families easily. Easy tram to the beach and very walkable to both Alys & Rosemary.

We had four boys with us and the downstairs area was perfect for them. They can and went out the back door and didn’t bother adults in the main floor. Perfect set up.

We’ve never been to 30A area and this was perfect. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Safe neighborhood walking around at night. Every house nearby looked like vacation rentals. The house was clean, stocked with essentials, and had enough space for everyone. We definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location and very nice home for our family. Restaurants and beach were easy walks for us.

Book it, you won't be disappointed! We stayed at She's the One with several friends and we were all very impressed with the home. The house was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. Alice, the property manager, was quick to respond to any questions we had. ttotoaquestions we had.

Stunning and perfect spot for our bachelorette group! Alice the property manager is incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process from booking to your stay! As a side note- as a mom of 2 young kids- this is definitely a house I would bring my family back to! They even had kids bowls, utensils, placemats, etc. They definitely thought about all details guests could need in this house no matter what type of group is coming!
