This cozy duplex with 3BD/2BA is a very short walk to the beach ,about 3 minutes, Short walk to a great local Tiki bar that offers EV charging station and shop. Great for families with children. The kitchen is well equipped and the home has an open floor plan that is light and airy. It is a very quiet and family oriented area, close to the inlet and a few miles from the fishing pier. Partial Ocean and Sound views from this great location.

Stayed Jun 10, 2023We had an excellent vacation at Shellraiser. Would stay here again and recommend to others. The owners were very nice and communicative. The house comfortably held me, my husband and our four year old and ten month old plus another couple and their one and a half year old. We had all we needed in the way of amenities which made the stay very comfortable. The walk to the beach access with the three kids is very doable. I wore the baby and the two little ones could make the walk or used the wagon. There’s even a little bar a block from the house which was fun since there aren’t many businesses on north topsail. We also brought our boat and there was enough room to park it, the truck pulling it, another truck and an suv. We had some trouble trying to book so we did have to send a request to the homeowner but that was easy to do. Some extra hooks to hang towels to dry would be the only feedback. ☺️

Stayed Jul 9, 2022This property was just perfect for our family. It was clean and bright with a beachy feel. The house had everything we needed from plenty of towels, blankets, pots/pans, beach chairs, wagon, grill, and washer/dryer. And the location to the beach access and the Tiki Bar was very convenient, both just a block or two away. And the owners were extremely responsive when we had any questions. PS - We added two beach chairs to your stash - we ran out of car space - for others to enjoy.

Stayed Aug 7, 2021The house was perfect! very comfortable, clean, and pretty much had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Location and amenities were as advertised. Nice to actually stay in a place that doesn't have a TV in every room. We'll definitely be back if/when we return to Topsail.
