Host was nice and responded to needs timely. It could have been cleaned better, but we enjoyed our overall stay

The house was nice.

Host answered questions quickly. HOuse was clean. But needs some upkeep. Only 2 washclothes- no top sheets on the beds. TOilet paper holder was a stick. Futon has big dip in it. Fence around back yard/pool area was falling down in several places . PArt of outside furniture was nasty. No dishtowels in kitchen . 2 spoons in kitchen. BEd pillows flat. I had to buy washclothes and pillows

The house itself is ok. It’s roomy and was clean. It was very outdated. However, the worst part was the back yard. The back yard was not maintained. It wasn’t very warm while we were there so it didn’t ruin our time. However, the back yard was very neglected and unsafe.

This place is an absolute disaster! DO NOT STAY HERE. Please do yourself a favor and read the reviews. This property was absolutely disgusting and rundown. Not safe for children, open wires hanging above pool, rusty nails, mold, bugs and the list goes on. See photos they speak for themselves. This property host is an absolute nightmare Dustin with Patriot Host out of Colorado Springs. Dustin you are a vile human being. I wish I add add all the pictures and videos this listing is an absolute LIE

The place was dirty outdated we couldn’t even use the pool it is falling a part I will not recommend to anyone I fell insecure

If I could give less than one I would. Pictures have got to be AI or photoshopped. There were nails sticking out of a ledge in the sitting area, mold coming out of all the vents, Stains on the futon, rips in the couch, stains on all the bar chairs, holes in the screen around the pool, debris in the pool, the dilapidated fence in the backyard, a fence post in the pool area with nails sticking out of it and cockroaches in the house. The place was not clean and posed a hazard to my toddler. The host tried to make it seem like we caused all these issues within the 30 minutes to an hour after our arrival. When I asked for a refund (as we left first thing in the morning because we arrived at 11:30 at night) we were told there were no hazard and the place was fine. Support sent my complaint to the health department of Florida and was told I had to wait on their findings in order to be issued a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It’s a health hazard to the fullest. Again, the pictures posted in the ad do to look anything like the inside. Find a local hotel before using this place.

Pros- great location, pet friendly, nice owners accommodations for a family plus dog, cute house but needs a TLCCons- housekeeper is doing the house a huge disservice. Dust, cob wells, shower curtains, old towels, honestly I washed all my towels and linen when I got there. I used to work at hotels in my early years 18-23, so I know. My ONLY and Biggest con was housekeeping.I had taken pics upon arrival.

The place is more charming and larger than the pics imply. We had an awesome girls trio celebrating my daughters 17th bday, no complaints! Lot of places to eat near-by, too!

Nice older little house. Plenty of room with a nice pool.

Home was clean and host was great! We enjoyed the pool in the evening.

The pictures made it look a lot nicer than it was.Beds aren’t that comfy. Backyard and grill need attention.Wasn’t worth the price in my opinion.

We showed up and beds were a complete mess. Wet towels in both bathrooms and trash overflowing in the kitchen. We contacted the host and he explained that he saw nothing wrong and would have cleaning crew over the next morning to get clean towels and take the trash out. We absolutely decided that between contacting him and VRbo that we would seek another place to stay. The host refused to refund the money and VRBO only gave us 55 back. Horrible experience!

The size of the property and the location is great for a family size of 6 only. This place needs to update furniture like the sofa, and beds. The only bad thing is that this place does have cockroaches by the kitchen sink are garbage disposal area. Beside this cockroaches issue this place is a hiding gem. Location lot size is great.

When we arrived everything seemed ok but we began to notice cockroaches in the kitchen. We noticed the trash outside overflowing the dumpster and contacted the owner about both of these. He didn't address the cockroaches but said he would have the trash taken care of asap. He followed that email up with an email asking us to take the trash to the curb since it was trash pick-up day. The area around the pool was very dirty and we had to sweep and clean it up. The air conditioner was leaking all over in the garage. The yard area around the pool needs some cleanup work. Overall, we were very disappointed.

Not happy with the listing amenities about specifically what kind of “hot tub” was on the property. Host said they had to list a small dirty paint peeling bathtub as well as a moldy tub and moldy soap dispenser. The tub had NO jets to be a hot tub specific No adult could fit in it. Then the neighborhood was not pleasant or clean. The back yards fence was barely standing up. The pool also has the flooring very loose and dirty and mold from the metal steps. The room has a hanging ac vent and wiring hanging out of the wall socket.. then the master shower wouldn’t drain from one usage.

We could not stay. The smell was so bad that we couldn’t breathe. There was evidence of Newports and Axe body spray and spiked sheets and clothing in the trash. Cigarettes were scattered about the carport and trash.Sheets and covers on all 3 beds had hair, eyelashes and/stains. Windows were open. There’s NO HOT TUB. They are refusing a refund

We’ve used VRBO for many years. This was by far the worst property ever! We live locally but booked it for friends visiting. We checked with the owners after the hurricanes and were assured the home was fine. On arrival it looked like the hurricane had just happened. A bush on its side, debris everywhere and all the shutters still closed. Fence down in several sections, giving no privacy or security. Pool screen torn in numerous places. The pool furniture was ratty, black mold on the pool deck but the worst was the flies! They were everywhere, we honestly thought something had died! I sent a message to the owners right away. They were response but claimed to know nothing about the issues. They said their lawn guy and pool guy had stopped by and assured them everything was ok. They did say it wasn’t mold by the pool but where someone had a BBQ! But said they would have someone stop by the next day. No-one turned up. The fly issue was getting worse, you couldn’t go by the pool and they were now in the house too. I sent photos again to the owner who told us someone would be by later but in the meantime, they had some drop off a fly trap!!! How insulting, not to mention the house is so poorly stocked there isn’t a pair of scissors to open it! No pans, toilet tissue, few towels and no hot tub! We bought fly spray and took care of the issue! But on reading the reviews I see many of the issues were mentioned long before the hurricane! Shame on the owners!!!!

This house meet ever expectation! I can't wait to stay again. Area beautiful, home gorgeous everything we needed. Loved staying here and can't wait to stay again!

Wont find anything at a better price anywhere near tampa area! Save yourself the time and just book this house before someone else does!! Great host. Communication on point, and doesnt invade your privacy at all....a perfect combination rarely seen with hosts and the property and home more than exceeded my expectations!

Overall a good stay… there was here and there a couple things like when trying to check in with miscommunication. The pool wall had things that made us itch. And the dryer did not work . There was here and there some roaches but nothing crazy only saw about 3. If your looking for somewhere cheap but still good this is for you
